The staffs does not have the Hospitality. Even my flight is late even, I ring the bell too long to wait to open the door and the staffs said that it is not check in time. I got a big surprise that I already paid the cost and I have right to choose whenever I can do check in. It is too worse for the guest.

I booked a room on booking for 638THB. The guesthouse precharged my card with 100THB. After arrived, the staff told that there is extra 100THB service fee, if the room booked by agoda or booking. I called the "owner" but person was very rude. I told the staff that I got charged 100THB ready but they told I need to pay the full price of my stay and the service charge in cash at check in. So I paid 738THB in cash. After my stay, I got alert that they tried to charge my card with other 538THB but luckily I freeze my card so they couldn't. So they got 838THB from me. The room was too small, not 37m² and not like on the pictures and description. Not so clean. The ac was very old and even set for 26C and lowest fan speed was too cold. The glass in the window was broken.

Demanded my Passport as a surety during my stay, I didn't have any other choice at that moment, given my Passport) I booked a room for one night at 2 pm (Check-in) to the next day at 12 noon (check-out), But I checked in the next day at 9 am and informed them as I was going to check out by 12:30 PM on the same day (I stayed hardly 3 hours there, even I booked for a whole night) One Lady at the receptionist accepted my family (total 4, 2 adults + 2 kids) to stay in one room even though we booked a room for 2 persons. while checkout time, One person came (he was claimed as the owner of the property), and started showing and threatening my family as "cheaters, fraud"... and also threatened my family to Give Police Complaints about us for staying with 4 persons in a room. He was not listening to my word even though I am ready to pay extra money for extra personal and extra time (30 min from the actual checkout time, I knew, 1 hour grace period will give even at 5-star Hotels) Meaning that my Passport was given to me by Receptionist silently (hiding from Owner, she knew, the owner is threatening and blackmailing her) . I have not control my sense, once I received my Passport in my hand, started reverse shouting at him, I asked him to call the Police. Why should I be afraid? I did nothing wrong and illegal. After I start insisting he calls the police, changed his tone and demanded 500 TBH for my Kids to stay.. Finally paid 500 extra and came out safely.. After that, my family members were afraid of the total Thailand people and insisted I take back to India immediately.. I spent 5 days there in Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya), everything is good and the people are very helpful and polite except for this bloody SweetHome OYO room. I was supposed to file a police case against him for blackmailing and threatening, but time was not permitted.

the most worst night in thai booking was 300+ we came late and already booking was confirmed… but once we arrive manager said no u didn’t paid and the room is 700 u have to pay otherwise u go …

I was being scammed. After my trip to Bangkok, and my last (one and only night) at this place. They required me to pay when I arrived. But when I got back to Finland, Booking informed that according the Guest House, I never stayed there, and I was charged the room rent again (no free cancellation).

Only the WiFi. Nothing Elise.

The stairs up with the luggage, the 1st day the airco was not working, could not sleep because it was 25 degrees, taking a shower was a real challenge because the shower was right above the toilet so after taking a shower the bathroom was like a swimming pool. The soap for taking a shower was zo small you could barely hold it in your hand. Alsof there was not enough toilet paper. Every day we had to ask for it. I know the price was cheap but still it was not worth it.
