The room is spacious. The bed is very big and spacious.

The TV channels are very limited, there is no coffee or tea provided for us to brew. Too little clothe hangers, only provided 2 hangers.

After booking I read the reviews which made me temper my expectations. But all those reviews are inaccurate for whatever reason, my room was spotless, the bed was a top quality mattress, the hot water worked great, there was daily cleaning available, the room has a microwave and a washing machine/dryer. Only thing is a lot of the TV channels didn't work. But the TV itself was also really good, as I just use it to sometimes watch movies from my laptop with an HDMI cable in hotels. Top quality LG 4k tv. Again, all the complaining reviews are wrong, at least for my room, and I asked someone else too and they said everything in theirs was great. Would stay again, if I needed to be in the Nana/Asok/Bumrungrad hospital area.

Location is super, 5 mins walk to Asok BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall. 10 mins walk to NaNa area. A lot of shops and bars and restaurants. Property is nice and clean. More likely to service apartment.

We stayed at Junior Suites the next building in the hotel compound. Room is super big and spacious even shower room has a jacuzzi but it’s not working, just to use as a bathtub 🛁. The room got small flies especially in the shower room and outside living room area which we didn’t really used. Need to clean up for small flies.

This was an extremely good find that I will save for my next trip to Bangkok and also recommend to friends. The location is super convenient. Having a 7-Eleven literally two minutes away was a bonus. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay.

The bathroom in our room has a glass section, out of which the outside light streams into the room in the morning. Not the most ideal if you want to sleep in. Had to remedy it with draping a towel over that section of the door.

An old style Bangkok hotel with family spirit close to everything but far from the noise. This hotel can accommodate any type to traveler. The staff and managers are extremely friendly and useful.

Rooms are fitted with carpet that might not be pleasant for allergic people. The location is quiet but a bit far from BTS station on sunny days or raining days. Probably the only hotel with no 7 Eleven in the immediate vicinity!

The room was great and super clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped us with the luggage from the car to the hotel. Also, the shuttle service although it was hourly, it was a great time saver.

I wished they explained the amenities when we were checking in more thoroughly. The shuttle service from the hotel to Terminal 21 is hourly. There is 7-11 just 1 min walk away from the hotel and there is a swimming pool at their partner hotel right behind the hotel.

our room had a major vibration in the AC above your head as you entered the room. every 20 seconds or so the vibration would kick in. the shower door did not mesh with the sides anymore so leaked water in a major way

I loved the rooms as they were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The showers, wifi, and aircon were very satisfactory. The wall to wall carpet gives the hotel an executive feel. The breakfast was truely five star and not to be missed.
