One of the highlights of my stay was the invigorating shower with excellent water pressure. The staffs were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The other most convenient aspects of the hotel was the on-demand transportation to and from Terminal 21 everyday 8am-8pm. This service made getting around the city a breeze, and it added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. It’s those small touches that can really make a difference, and we certainly appreciated it. Speaking of convenience, the hotel’s proximity to both the MRT and BTS stations, just 7 minutes away (by foot). Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to return on my next trip.

The soft pillows were not to my liking, and I found them less supportive than I prefer. While this may be a personal preference, it’s worth noting for those who prioritize pillow comfort. Additionally, there was a faint musky smell in the room when we walked in. Although the smell wasn’t overpowering or pungent, it did catch my attention. It’s possible this is a minor maintenance concern that the hotel might want to address. Despite these small drawbacks, my overall stay was still enjoyable. The positive aspects far outweighed the minor issues, and I left with a generally positive impression.

Breakfast great! Lots of variety, including Gluten-free bread (wow and thank you). Love Thai omelettes! Good coffee service. Sustainable choices (water in glass bottles). Cool decor, decent mattress, down pillows. Quiet room.

Bed mattress was acceptable but I prefer softer, cushier. Desk chair a bit low to work at - i had to use a cushion underneath (I’m 5’7” tall). But minor issues. Biggest issue was inability to get late check out, even if I had to pay. I was flying to Hanoi, and flight wasn’t until 7:00 pm - so needed to leave at 3:30. You need to offer late check-out, particularly for business travellers.

this hotel dream sweet in the heart of sukhumvit soi 15 is been totally renovated with a high quality of materials. the rooms are nice decorated with good furniture and especially a very good bed with excellent pillows and duvet’s. the bathroom is big and very modern. the air conditioning is very effective. the 11 floor with pool and restaurant is such a nice stay to spend some time. the breakfast is very fresh made and delicious. food from the restaurant is also to be recommended. the hotel staff fra Nan in the reception, to the doorman the cleaning lady and the restaurant staffs are all 100 % effective and so kindly and smiling everyone. they will do everything for you so your stay can be the best ever. we highly recommend this hotel. cheap and worth every penny.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is super. It placed right in the central but out of the complicated crowded. Convenient to go by train, subway or walking

There is just the small thing that the hotel should have told us that the address through booking.com is not right (they close this 1st hotel). The 2nd hotel nearby there but they should messaged us the exactly address before we come

There are actually two buildings and breakfast is just in one building, I had to go from my building to another, it's just 2 minutes walk, but it wasn't really convenient. And they better to inform about it at booking time.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. Well appointed bathrooms. Great international breakfast. The rooftop pool and bar are a nice little sanctuary and the gym is small but has decent equipment.

The aircon units can be noisy. Occasional drains odours in the bathrooms.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Location is nearly perfect - lots of restaurants, shops, massages, and metro station a few minutes away. Breakfast is a buffet that is made to order. they have plenty of option and is delicious.

The room was excellent except for some air-conditioning issues during the last couple of days. Hot and cold at times. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of Western and Asian food to suit most peoples needs. Excellent fresh fruit selection, juices and hot buffet plus freshly cooked eggs etc. Overall Service by the staff was to a 5 Star Standard from the front desk, dining area, room service, and the maid cleaning the room. A friendly Tuk Tuk driver to the the BTS was always available at short notice. The BTS rail system services most tourist areas, shopping centres and markets. In addition other shopping centres, restaurants and bars are in a short walking distance to the hotel.

Gym and pool are across the road in another building so ended up not using these facilities Step down from the bedroom to the bathroom area requires some care and a reminder sign would assist to avoid accidents, The hallway air conditioning areas temperatures are set far too low, like an artic breeze and not necessary. Management could save a lot of money in terms of electricity costs simply by setting temperatures at a higher level.

Room was nice and big. everything very clean. nice little rooftop pool and gym. good breakfast.

what makes this lose points for me was two things. I constantly fought with the shower. it would turn scalding hot for no reason and then cold for no reason without me turning the handle. it was impossible to take a shower without it doing so. could never get it to be the same temperature throughout. same with the air conditioning: 21 sometimes too cold and 22 it would get too hot in room. constantly getting up to either turn it up or turn it down. if I only stayed a few days it would not be an issue but I was there for a long stay.

The breakfast buffet was amazing—great variety ranging from Western to Thai. I looked forward to grabbing breakfast every day! Room was clean and comfy. I stayed in the main building and only checked out the pool and gym (didn't end up actually going), but all the facilities seemed great. I felt incredibly safe traveling as a female solo traveler, and the staff were incredible. They would be always present at the front door and desk to open doors and offer help. The location of the hotel was superb for my first visit as there were plenty of massage places nearby and having terminal 21 walking distance was great for grabbing food whenever and wherever. I also enjoyed being able to buy fruit and get massages from local vendors on my walk home. Although traffic can be bad, I had no issues—especially since I took motorcycle taxis when it was really bad. Overall had an amazing experience and would want to come back next time in Bangkok.

The room seemed a tad bit old, but nothing that bothered me! The lighting in the room being "night" themed was unnecessary, but it didn't bother me. The wifi was good most of the time, but would drop every once in a while interrupting my virtual meetings.
