The reception - particularly the staff - made us feel absolutely welcome. We had almost zero wait time into our room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchenette was in great working condition and fully equipped with crockery and some refreshers. All in all, we will be staying at this hotel every time we are in Bangkok.

There were a couple of drainage issues with the bathrooms, where the water wasn't draining out as quickly as it should have from the sink, with some slight leaking from the bathtub when being filled up. We also could not use the room's phone as it was disconnected permanently due to some technical issues - which led to us needing to cross the street to the main reception area every time we needed something. However, the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful considering the circumstances and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a free upgrade to one of the Kingston suites which was very clean and spacious. Good in room facilities. Location is ideal for all of the local bars and restaurants. Soi 15 is pretty quiet too so its this hotel is close enough to the action and far enough away to be a bit more chilled.

There was loud drilling in the building and surrounding area on the final morning of my stay which woke me up. Began just before 1000 and continued most of the morning until i checked out. Not ideal.

beautiful , large room that looked exactly like the photos very good location. close to everything and a 7/11 right next door helpful, friendly staff very clean lovely, comfortable bed water and toiletries everyday fresh drinks in the lobby

smoky smell no tea/coffee. ( so bought my own) no swimming pool

Loved everything. Couldn't fault. I got upgrade through booking.com and wow, what a room. They had thought of everything. Friendly staff, such luxurious room(402), awesome ducted aircon, amazing decor, and importantly a really comfy big bed. Good value for money too. Definitely staying here when I come to Bangkok again.

Easy to go anywhere around city , bars , cafes , dining areas and day and night life of Bangkok Welcoming workers and great facilities in room as ur home , best is sound proofing rooms what u never hear any other noices from neighbour ))

Easy to acsess to every where , as terminal 21 shopping mall , parks , bars , clubs, pubs , laundry massage shops , and more , main road and next bts staions asok and nana, love the house keeping and receptions , plus guard service as well

Over all , well

The room was pretty big, it had everything I need to stay for a night with vanity kits, hand soap, etc. The staff was very nice and spoke good english. Bed was very comfy and I had a good sleep.

Some of the cleaning maids talked very loudly in front of my room a few times throughout the day which was kinda annoying but not that big of a deal (it was very quite at night).

The hotel located just 6-8 minutes from the Nana BTS station. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. The room I booked a suite, there's a kitchen, sitting room and a washing machine. The room is spacious and value for money. Highly recommend.

There's no curtain in the bathtub. It easily made the floor slippery after having a shower.
