Not very clean, there were greasy spots from glasses/cups on the table.Breakfast was super poor, first time i had this in a 5 star hotel.Very far from the main touristic attractions.We used Grab to move around but the traffic was auful.

rooftop pool is great. excellent breakfast. comfy beds. Bathroom also great with a strong shower and double basin.

The light from one bedroom can be seen from the other in the family room.

Lancaster is a clean and modern hotel. 2min walk to the metro. Direct train 35baht = €1 to the airport! The staff are very helpful speaks perfect English. They also have nice pool, jacuzzi and restaurants.

Maybe the pillows are too soft.

although a big hotel, everything is very clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable. we had the cleanest bathrooms here during the last 3 weeks in Asia. they have a great spa, fitness, pool area. staff was super friendly and kind, supporting us with everything we needed. Even our unexpected later check-in had been very nicely compensated. High tea is a fantastic option for an afternoon snack. Breakfast is great and with a lot of variety (indian, arabic, japanese, thai, european, chinese, etc.). 300 m away from next MRT.

Amazing hotel! Great SPA, impressive gym, very well trained and polite team members within all departments. We stayed 3 days in a deluxe room which was great value for money and after that we stayed 7 days in one of the Sky Suites. Beautiful room and worth every penny spent! Room service was also great! Value for money was brilliant! Breakfast was also great! If you consider booking, I can tell you this is so far the best hotel I stayed in the past 10 years I have visited Bangkok.

Public pool very cold, blackout curtains in sky suite bed room not sufficient during sleep, need to install more hangers in the bathroom, no where to hang up towels after use. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we will be back again 100%!

I've stayed there a couple of times, and I think it's my favorite place to stay in Bangkok. It's a very nice, modern, European style hotel, very comfortable rooms, good location - it's not exactly at the heart of the city, still a walking distance away, plus easy access to the metro. All the facilities you may ever wish for are at the hotel, so if feeling lazy, there is no reason to leave the hotel ever.

It's a bit pricey by Thailand measures, but still reasonable, and you are getting value for your money.

We stayed in the family room and it was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is excellent and the gym is perhaps the best hotel gym that i have experienced in Bangkok. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The channel selection on the tv is not that good. At least a couple of movie channels would be nice. To go to the city center you have to first go with the MRT and then change to the BTS.

We were staying for 3 days in Bangkok in January 2023 as a family with 11 years old child. We have used a direct Line connection from the airport (1 Euro per person) that only takes 25 minutes, no traffic, no stress :-). Hotel is very beutiful, modern, clean, with great service and all you need. We also went to the airport back with the Line connection at 6 in the morning -super easy, no stress with taxi driving and taxi-price that is another topic in Bangkok (even Bolt-driver suddenly increased the price when we already arrived and that was very annoying). So we arrived with the Line and got a big clean room in Lancaster with high quality beds, modern big bathroom and modern furniture. The room is full of small details to make your stay pleasant: water cooking, coffee, tea, water, all for free. Metal spoons, glassses out of glass, no plastic. A Tablet device to manage the light and to read all kind of information about the hotel, about the city etc etc. In the bathroom you will find all you need including a modern bathtube. Even the street is loud, the room is soooo quite! We slept really good. Around the hotel we found nice places to eat, 7/11 shop and just a few minutes away - a river boat connection! Such a friendly and competent hotel staff, clean and cozy pool area, everything fast and correct, the hotel manager we occasionally met wanted to know how we like our stay and he also gave us tips about "secret escapes" islands around. So nice! The last but not least -price was very good. Next time we will stay here and also recommend it to our friends.
