Very welcoming staff, ensuring a smooth check in process and offering a welcome drink. The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from train station offering direct link with the airport, next to Platinum Mall and just 10 minutes from Centreworld and sky train station.

Room was very small, I was staying alone so it wasn’t a problem but I think two people could feel a little bit cramped. A few guest came back late at night and started shouting which was easily heard in my room although fortunately I brought some earplugs and it didn’t affect my stay negatively.

Annie is very helpful, all the staff are nice and friendly.breakfast is good and healthy. Good location.

Easy to access, 10 minutes walk from Station Ratchaprarop. 5 minutes to Pratunam Market. It is not in a crowded street and therefore its less noise from outside! Surprisingly they gave us a king-size bed, very huge and comfortable. Various TV Channels. Friendly Staff and keep smiling at us !!

Hand-wash sinking slightly hard to control the volume of the water. Drinking water tastes a little bad. Perhaps a shuttle service from station Ratchaprarop is a great advantage to the hotel!. Other than that, everything is good! Definitely worth 10/10.

The hotel was very clean and located in a central location. Staff was very friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel as we had arrived early before check in time, and they helped us plan or route and flag down a tuktuk when we checked out.

Both my partner and I are vegetarian and we got offered breakfast with sausages, even though we had requested vegetarian breakfast. The member of staff simply moved the sausages off the plate with our fork. We know that she meant well, but we did feel slightly put off by this as the other food and fork had touched meat. Regardless, all of the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean and aesthetic overall. The location wise is not far from Platinum Mall but definitely requires more than a little bit of walking. 7-11 and a few massage centers are nearby.

Some grab/taxi/tuk-tuk drivers might take time to find the place, just advise them to follow the maps. The location is considered quite hidden but it's still a safe and secure accommodation. It would be nice if the hotel could mention *ahead of time* that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming, we also received a delicious typical welcoming drink once we arrived. They speak good english and were able to recommend us useful tips for our North Thailand discovery journey. Rooms were clean and brand new. They have a nice coffee shop at first floor nearby the reception, if you would like to sip a Thai style Iced coffee. There are many convenient stores and street restaurants around such as 7-11 shop. The hotel is located in tiny streets in Pratunam area for a real local taste of Bangkok.

i book the room for three days but when i want to check in my room it was not available then they upgrade my room but i need to check out the next day to other room(room type that i booked in booking.com..the problem is i need to put my belongins n bag in my friends room cause the room still not available cause i need to travel early in the morning..when i go back to the hotel the front desk staff already go back and the helper dont know about my room..need to clarify everything thru phone and finally i get my room cars..unfortunately the card not functionso i need to go bck downstairs to complain about the problem..same problem happen the next day..i cannot open my room door with the card..need to go downstairs one more time..so its really 🤬 they also dont hv mirror in room

3 stars hotel with 5 stars service. So far the best ever hotel I ever stayed. Love the room design very much. People on bed wont be affected by light from toilet and bathroom. Extremely clean room. Small room but you may find all your need in room including universal plug, hair dryer, safety box and small fridge. Aromatherapy idea hotel. Love the pandan leaves smell from the towels. Very friendly and helpful counter boys with fluent English. Simple dessert provided upon check in and check out. I already promote this hotel to my family and friends who are going to Bangkok. 😊

No battery provided for aircon remote control. Freezing cold during midnight. Water pooling on floor of bathroom. A big artificial tree in room occupies the space.

The location was good, really close to 7/11 but not the closets to a station (actually not too far like a 10 min walk lol but in 30 degree heat i was lowkey dying) still amazingly central! Also liked the facilities and complimentary water, the staff were also great and super helpful :)

We had a corner room with an amazing view but maybe for some people the street noise eg tuktuks, beeping etc might not have been amazing
