Surprisingly nice hotel in the middle of 'True Bangkok' Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are good with very clean sheets. Good working AC, small fridge, watercooker. Bathroom is small but good, clean towels I was staying on the 8th floor with nice views! Rooms are daily cleaned if you want! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The road where the hotel is situated is very narrow with a lot of traffic that makes it quite dangerous to walk trough.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel staff made sure to have enough towels. The hotel staff gave me good recommendations on how to spend my time and a good spa around. Offered to order my cab rides mostly and remained respectful.

I went there during there facelift operation so I couldn't get a meal in the facility. I look forward to trying that once its done.

The size of the room was good, it had a small balcony, everything was spotlessly clean and AC worked well. There was a fridge and a kettle inside the room and coin operated washing machines on the ground floor of the property. And there's a 7-Eleven and some food stalls within 2 minutes walking distance. The receptionist at check in was extraordinarily helpful. I was able to check out a little later and store my baggage at the reception until the evening without extra charges. Great service!

Stunning warm welcome from the entire staff, helped me for a lot a thing, very friendly! 10/10 Room was clean, bed was really nice, sheet clean. Bathroom was hot ( the room not the water) but the airconditionning was really powerfull and of qualité, made the température go down really quick Hard to have more for the Price, dont realy know about the location i was here just for 24h before leaving for somewhere Else (test and go) i already visited Bangkok in 2019. All it miss is a pool :p Perfect for what i needed.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and had great communication throughout the stay at all hours of the day. They helped me communicate to the hospital as I needed to due to testing positive on day 1. They also helped dealing with requests during my quarantine and were lovely throughout.

Room may have been a bit better cleaned before arrival however mostly everything was to standards

Good wifi connected after I tried several times. Many nice, kind, and friendly staff, they help me to finish the test & go process and download apps. Delicious meals that I can order in the room or have next to reception around 100thb. Surprised that staff can speak my native language fluently.

the location

We were told to meet at Gate 9 at BKK International Airport on arrival from UK for the transfer to the hospital PCR drive through, and then on to the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and so helpful. Room was large with balcony. Food could be ordered and delivered to room during isolation. PCR results took 5/6 hours. Will definitely stay here again

This hotel is great value. Clean, spacious, everything worked fine. It's the cheapest proper hotel I've found. It's not near anything, but I saved much more on the room than I spent on taxis. Recommended.

Extremely welcoming, immaculately clean and always greeted with a smile. Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for.

The attention of the staff was outstanding. Really helfull and friendly staff. Candy is just amazing. All very clean and comfortable. Good location, easy to go to transports and move around. Local area so you are more in touch with the real Bangkok and not tourist area...

Seriously, there is nothing I didn't like. All great.
