Novotel is the best location when visiting Bangkok. Everything is just almost beside you. I love shopping at the malls beside it and immediately being able to bring them to my room. Big C, Paltinum, and the places I often go to are just near by. Bed is comfortable, shower is good. Toilet is not very comfortable to sit into tho. It is a bit high I guess. Place is clean, tho I am not very fond of carpeted floors which I am sure keeps so much dirt. Wooden floors are better for hotels. The breakfast was really good. It assures you that food in Thailand is great. We love the rooftop bar and pool. Cocktails are great tho I only tried the mocktail.

Please put a rack for toiletries of guests. Even at the toilet for soap. For the high price. Details are very important for what guests need. My shampoo and conditioner are on the floor because they have no rack. Soap at toilet area on top of the trash bin. Racks are very cheap. I don't understand why they did not put some. I think they went over board with the price, considering the cheap prices in Thailand. The asking price for the breakfast is reasonable. But for the room, a bit high.

Great selection of international breakfast. Loved that the hotel is really well suited for business travel. amenities provided were great. A great big bonus was there's even Let's Relax massage located at Level 9 of the hotel which was perfect. I almost thought of going to the outlet located at Market place (just 5 min walk away opposite side). Loved that there's ironing board provided and that the plugs are all international plug, i didnt even need to use a travel adaptor for it. Rooms have good noise control, makes it very conducive to do work and for resting. The air condition is really good too. Staff were very professional and well trained too. Location is great even as a normal traveler as everything else can easily travel by foot. big C, CentralWorld etc via R-walk. For work, if need to travel by cab, need to factor in a fair bit of time as the location of the hotel would have a jam right outside of it. but typically the drivers are very resourceful in finding shortcuts.

An amazing location. Adjacent to Platinum Mall, near Pratunam Market, close by Centralworld. Shopping haven. The concierge is small, so a little busy, crowded, it's tricky to access, but clear signage. The room is amazing! Comfortable, economical friendly, the Park View room even had a free laundry offer, perhaps better coffee options in the room, then again, Starbucks is just next door. Service is excellent, friendly, definitely will recommend. Food is good, and the view is amazing even their Rooftop.

The lifts were a little slow, and crowded because of the wait. Better coffee in room.

Almost everything was fine. Smooth check in & out. Great location, very nice room style. Comfortable bed & sofa bed. Excellent smart tv. Great restaurants of the hotel with a reasonable prices. Easy access to platinum fashion mall. Friendly staff.

Safety deposit is high, I deposited 6,000 Thai baht for 12 nights + curtain of the room window had a lot of stains. When taking shower the splash of the water almost reaches the entrance of the bathroom.

Breakfast was fabulous, everything you could possibly need. Perfect location right above Platinum mall and 3 minutes walk to Central World. Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Discovery also very close by. We stayed in a suite, great bathroom with free standing bath. Very comfortable bed and amazing views over the city. Would definitely stay again.

Design decor was a little bland and very corporate style but to be expected in a chain hotel like this I guess. The sofas in the living room of our suite were very hard and uncomfortable but the bed was great so can’t complain too much! :)

Location was very good, close to everything we wanted to do. Room was lovely, great views from the 24th floor. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, both hot and cold.

The only thing that wasn't up to speed was the toasting machine at breakfast, vary slow and would not brown the bread even though it was on high. This is a very minor problem, overall, the breakfast area and facilities were very good.

Location was good.. right above platinum mall and access to it as well as the R walk bridge that connects to central world mall & Big C. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Spray bidet in toilet

Security could be better. Anyone can access the floors as you don’t need any card to tap the lift. Didn’t saw any security around. No toothpaste unless requested

The property is centrally located in the heart of Bangkok's Shopping district like Central World, MBK, Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall, etc. So, if your agenda is to shop till you drop this is an ideal location to stay in. They offer an excellent breakfast spread which is a good way to start the day

They could offer better facilities to entertain children like a big kid's club, entertainment centre or activity centre which will keep the kids entertained while the parents' shop. The area around the hotel through the day is extremely crowded with people, street side food trucks and vendors Post 11 pm this area becomes completely silent and empty, all the malls, restaurants, etc shut down - there are no interesting bars or places to go to with walking distance. You will have to take a tuk tuk to Soi 11 for restaurants, bars and entertainment.

All the staff was very polite and helpful.The check in and check out process very smooth.Kudo to the concierge staff very caring and remind us not to forget our belonging before left the hotel.Thanks for the free tuk tuk service from hotel which took us to Siam Paragon Mall.1st time taking tuk tuk.We having great time since this is our 1st time in Bangkok.

There is alot of ant on the table sitting near window where we have our breakfast.Should take note on the cleaniness and hygience.

The location is very good。Next to Platinum Fashion Mall and Central World（very nice foodcourt）。10mins walk from ARL station and Pratunam Night Market（right below Baiyok Sky Hotel）。The room is ok，pool view nice，but pool and gym a bit small。Wifi quite ok。The staffs are friendly and helpful。

The power points beside both sides of the bed are loose and the cover even drop off。More suitable for 3 pin plug，not for 2 pins。The gym quite small and instrument quite old。
