Central location at Pratunam. Comfortable beds, big rooms. Nice cold lobby to hide from the heat.

It was previously next to Neon Talad and many food options which have since closed post Covid. Given its distance to the metro and BTS, not as convenient as other hotels along the lines with better access to Jodd Fair/Chatuchak

location was in the prime shopping area, and the room was at a high floor which provided a magnificent view

had a nasty experience while trying to load our luggages on the airport transfer van, where the driver accused us of damaging his leather seats before boarding his van, and was having an argument with him at the lobby. transportation was arranged by the hotel, but no one came to assist in terms of loading the luggages or communication with the driver. driver was shouting and arguing with us as he was loading the luggages. as a service engaged by the hotel, shouldn’t he be talking to the hotel instead of having to shout and argue with the guests/tourists?

I like everything about this place. The location is perfect. It is near to so many shopping mall. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep in. The room is clean and tidy. Room service is also fast. Was given a early check in and I'm very thankful.

They dont provide mineral water. The weather in Thailand is 40 degrees and there is no water bottle in the room. There is nothing in the minibar as well. The toilet is always wet after shower, need to repair the stopper to ensure that the wet and dry area are separated. The shower head is abit confusing to use. Hot water becomes very very hot. And I need to switch off the tap and wait about 5 to 8 min to get cold water. After getting cold water, I need to ensure the prefect temperature for bathing by slowly adjusting/mixing the hot water in.

We stayed here twice - at the begining of our Thailand trip and at the end. First we booked a standard room, then a deluxe. The rooms are big, so are the bathrooms, the views can be nice if you get a room not facing the other tower. The pool is very cool and we absolutely loved the location. Outside the entrance to the left on the street is a lady making the best pad thais in the evening. The luggage depot after checking out worked well and the staff at reception was very polite and fast.

When we had the deluxe room, the room was just bigger than the standard. In the deluxe room were not enough plugs and a bedside light was missing, the TV didn't work and the shower was leaking. Also be aware, that there are 2 towers - if you have a standard room, you have to change towers at 11th floor - so take a lift to the 11th floor, walk for a few minutes to the second tower and take another lift to your room.

Location is superb, near to all shopping premises.

it’s not about that I don’t like, it’s more appreciative if the hotel is able to separate all halal food from the non-halal food for the buffet breakfast as in have a different section to put all halal food together, away from all the non halal food. But overall, the breakfast spread is fantastic.

the staffs are friendly and polite. the room is clean too. the location is best, wallowing distance to Big C, Platinum Mall, Central World. there is a 24 hours 7-11 which just next to the hotel.

Very nice hotel, great pool with aquarium like glass, great breakfast.

1- closing time of the pool and bar/restaurant too early. Nice menu but many offered stuff in the menu was not available. 2- covid: several clients not wearing masks and gloves. some staff were very efficient to ask but some did not really realize it until we ask. Did not feel this was very safe then.

Wanted to stay a little bit away from Sukhumvit and closer to the shopping - this was a good choice as there are several large malls close by - the Palladium, CentralWorld, Siam Paragon... all within walking distance. Great breakfast choices. Large room with fantastic views of the city. We were on the 31st floor and took some amazing shots of Bangkok at night. Kids loved the swimming pool. We were there right as Thailand eased restrictions on May 1, 2022 and the hotel wasn't too busy, so we had the pool to ourselves.

Chaotic at the front desk and I had to walk downstairs several times as no one at reception would pick up the phone. They need better training and should be much better prepared to handle the volume of guests. They took 30 mins to find my family's RT-PCR results and then gave me someone else's PCR results by mistake. As long as you don't have to deal with the front desk too often, you'll be fine.
