We loved it! Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was modest, but more than enough. The room was spotless, and daily clean was done with a lot of love and attention to details.

The swimming pool water was a bit cold to our taste. The location is a bit off the main Sukhumvit “action”, but within a reason able walking distance.

The hotel was exactly what i was expecting. Nice comfortable room. Clean hotel. The pool was a nice bonus and the staff was very polite and useful. The breakfast was good but not in the price of the room so quite expensive.

The AC unit was very loud.

Great location. Comfortable rooms, useful to have a fridge/freezer, almost like a service apartment with a small kitchenette-ish area. Mexican restaurant is good, although being in Bangkok there are also lots of good restaurants around. Swimming pool is about the right size for families w young kids. Rooftop tennis court is a plus. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Not much to complain about, to be honest. Front desk could smile a bit more and show some hospitality - I get it that there are many guests which could be tiresome. Minor issue: the net for the tennis court needed some fixing.

I thought the location was very convenient, a 15-minute walk to Asoke BTS and the Terminal 21 Mall. Also, the newer EmSquare mall was just a 5-minute walk from the hotel on the opposite side of Sukhumvit Road. So, the location was convenient for shopping and various dining options. Plus, my kids loved the hotel swimming pool with the water slide (a pleasant surprise) and the small children's playroom. Lastly, Mr. Kim downstairs was extremely helpful with local information and with arranging transportation in and around Bangkok.

Personally, I felt the breakfast spread and ambiance could have been a bit better. It wasn't a deal breaker, but I have had better breakfast experience at other hotels in that price range. Although, my wife and kids were quite happy with the breakfast choices. I also enjoyed it but felt the Western options were a bit limited and the spacing and seating arrangement was a bit too congested.

The room was very large and comfortable. Big and very comfortable bed, working area, kettle & coffee/tea/water replenished daily. Large closet space with an ironing board, iron included. Very nice slippers & robe to use while I'm there, and also an umbrella in the closet if needed. Bathroom was quite large, had many amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, nail file, comb etc. and they were decent quality. The tub was comfortable and clean as well. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional and not too many options, but it was tasty and always had fresh fruit which I love. The staff was exceptionally polite. There is a pool out front, but I honestly thought it was a decorative pool at first since it's quite small. Still, I saw people enjoying it (I personally didn't have time to go in). There are entertainment areas which are walking distance, and some good restaurants nearby as well.

There is always a ridiculous amount of traffic on Sukhumvit road, I had such trouble dealing with that when I was trying to make it to my business meetings. Public transport is a better idea, but I was in business attire and did not want to walk and sweat. The location of the hotel is both a pro and a con.

Clean, well-maintained, modern feel, good location, friendly/helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good quality linens. All outlets and equipment functioned well.

A couple of design features, but overall a good experience. The building/area lost power in the middle of the night and the emergency lights came on in the bathroom and entryway, which awakened us. The swimming pool is more of a dipping pool - swimming strokes not really possible. Otherwise, all good!

I'm a regular guest in this hotel since my first visit to Bangkok in 2011 and now after renovation is done, it is even more better. Nice new design, everything is neat and clean with a modern look. Now as Novotel part of the Accor Group. - near BTS and new shopping mall Emshere - in a quiet road from Sukhumvit - very good swimming-pool with new sun beds and pool towels provided - nice and spaceous rooms and bathroom with rain shower, comfortable beds - laptop safe in the room, water kettle, tea and coffee, free bottles of water, big refrigerator outstanding friendly and helpful staff!

the only little downgrade so far is the breakfast buffet which was better before: - no outside seating anymore (but they have plans to open the new mexican restaurant outside area for breakfast) - missing fruit joghurt, croissants, sliced cheese and a choice of different tea (e.g. green tea), only black tea is available. except this, breakfast buffet is still good with a big choice of cold and warm food!

Let's be honest and precise. I had one month holiday in Thailand. The last three nights we spent in this hotel with my three kids. Hotel rooms beautiful and relaxing. The tennis court on 8th Floor is excellent. And it can be even more interesting mentioning the swimming pool and it's vibe. It made us more relaxed than our entire holiday. Hotel is totally near skytrain and underground. Breakfast was clean and beautiful especially sitting outside as we coming from Europe love warmer weather. It s all about vibes is truly understandable here. We do recommend it for anyone with kids or without. Location was even better than what we wanted. We wanted to be near Sian shopping mall area but we understood it is nears several other big mall centers which are even more interesting than Siam. There is Starbucks Reserve around the hotel which has a unique coffe. Jeep in mind we chose to live in Italy for the last 7 years meaning we live good coffee ☕ but the reserved was even better. So great place truly.

Good pool, friendly staff, clean, good central location

Due to an early tour & flight we missed breakfast on 2 days, but were given a takeaway one day- very ordinary sandwich and a pastry…bit disappointing. Also, while we were happy with the room, the aircon was difficult to adjust. The room was either too hot or too cold-couldn’t get a comfortable temperature.. as a result I developed a cold to fly home with…

Nice linens, comfortable bed, nicely furnished, close enough to malls and groceries. Good front desk staff and friendly doorman. Good shower. I loved the bath tub.

A lot of screaming from kids in the pool during the day which can be heard from the 7th floor... but overall it was fairly quiet. A nice addition to the kitchenette would be a towel or cloth. Lighting is a bit on the dark side but still manageable.
