Our favourite place to stay, the price is fair, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great, as it’s quite but at the same time close to Khaosan road.

The one thing which is a bit annoying is the deposit you need to leave for the room, as you always stuck with that 500baht you can’t spend

After staying for a bit, I noticed there are transport options nearby from Ferry to Airport Bus. Classic traveller's essentials given frequency is still misery until proven. Close proximity to Khao San Road but not exactly near the rowdy area. Room is as shown in website, ideal for someone who is after the basic during their stay.

I'm prepared for the stairs but it is unexpected that many flights with the steepness. The toilet flush has constantly water flowed like never stops. Hope the shower is with higher pressure. Air-con is a bless but could be in better location, instead of facing the bed directly (no real complaints because it is like 32°c outside!) Could be nice to have a fridge for single room? (to keep cool water in the room) Perhaps can have coin operated laundry and drying for guests. Summertime requires lot of change of clothes from sweat!

Great location, very helpful staff, clean and with a good sized clean pool that at this time wasn't crowded, it has good sun beds and shaded spots. We booked a room in the new section, overlooking the temple, that was comfortable, clean and great value. Low season was pretty quiet, but not sure how noisy it gets during high season.

Very hard beds, if you have issues with your spine you won't like it. No towels for the pool, you either bring your own or use the bath towels from the room. Also some attention to detail would be nice, if the latch on the door was aligned for example (see photo) but it is cheap, so you can't really argue, and the staff are always prompt in helping out.

Location unbelievable. On a bustling street with stalls and lots of tuk tuks to take you around the city. Beside a 7/11, Starbucks, ATM for all your needs. Would highly the Tuk tuk hop on hop off tour that has a pick up point a minute away. 12 dollars for the day as many stops as you like. We got to see loads of attractions all day without the hassle of haggling with tuk tuks. Would recommend this activity and this hotel.

Air con was a little temperamental, got too cold during the night and would wake us. Would have to turn it off, then back on as it was too warm, throughout the night. maybe this is my problem and not the air con. But the only teeny thing that didn't rate it as perfect. Staff lovely. Pool nice and clean. Would recommend this hotel for sure

The stuff was super nice and helpful and did their best to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Breakfasts were good with a slight variation every day and actual fresh (and personalized) omelette on demand. The hotel is located in a quite and nice area, yet just a few minutes walk from the centre. Amazing service for the value.

You could see that the place struggled during pandemics and is now in need of some minor improvements. The room needed a visit from a handyman (things like slightly broken wardrobe doors), the wifi kept disconnecting at certain times and water pressure in a sink and shower was a bit unstable. However, as I have mentioned before, for the offered price, the experience was superb, supported by exceptionally helpful and friendly stuff.

the location of this hotel is great, practically in the center of bangkok partying, however located in a quiet street. the rooftop swimming pool is also a great advantage of this facility! service very nice and helpful and it was no problem to switch rooms!

The biggest downside of this hotel is unfortunately the bathrooms. no separate shower, which means that water often lingers on the bathroom floor. one of our rooms was unfortunately damp and smelled bad. The second room no longer had this problem. However, in both rooms the air conditioning was very noisy, which was a problem at night.

Good location. Two streets away from khaosan road on rambuttri alley, so lots of relaxed bars outside but not the noise of khaosan. Our room had an internal window so was very quiet. External windows may be louder. No hassle in or around the hotel. Small rooftop pool was closed in our building but open next door (partner hotel I think). It feels like the same building as you just walk through our reception to get there. Lovely rooftop views, not too busy.

Could definitely get cheaper, for what it is, but we wanted a rooftop pool in This location. Room was fine, basic, bit run down and small, but with hot shower, bedding, air con and complimentary bottles of water. Staff were efficient but not overtly friendly

Excellent value for money and in a good spot. About 50 minutes grab ride from the airport. Also take into consideration there are two toll charges on route which are 50 baht each. The staff were lovely and the location very good. The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous and there is free bottled water and a fridge in the room.

The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and the air con looked like it was from 1995 but the price and rooftop pool made up for it. Would go back but would maybe ask for better pillows

Location, Room and the Staff all are very nice. The pool is also nice...but I didn't used it due to busy schedule.

There should be lift for B block rooms also....or if possible connect the corridors of all 3 buildings from the A Block lift. You get a lot of guests and many need Lift access to rooms. Walking a bit is OK but climbing on stairs is a slightly different. So this is just a suggestion.

The location is superb, the main street outside has plenty of bars & shops and is reletavely quiet. Khao San road where all the main bars are is only 350m away. The building itself is not new and needs a lick of paint, but the price reflects this and it is clear that everyone is trying to get back on their feet after Covid. Breakfast was taken in a large restaurant at the front of the building and was excellent with plenty of choices on the menu. It is a busy and lively complex with lots of backpackers and overall I would recommend it as a place to stay.

Very small towels in the bathroom and only one each. The bathroom floor is very slippy with much caution needed when showering and there is a step down into the bathroom was quite dangerous to the unwary. The room needed updating as it looked tired. The Wi Fi is very slow which was a bit frustrating.
