This is the second time that we have stayed as we like the location (walkable to China Town and the ferry pier) and the views from the top floor balconies are great for watching river life go by. Try to get floor 6 or 7. It is a bit difficult to find at first and a taxi cannot drop you right outside so ask the driver to call the hotel or to ask a local. It is very close to a Chinese temple.

The bathroom needs updating and doesn't feel very clean. The restaurant on the top floor is still closed.

The room was very spacious, with a pretty cool view of Bangkok, it had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly - we had to stay one more night in Bangkok and they had no problem extending our stay, we even kept the same room. We also checked out early in the morning at around 04:30, which wasn't an issue at all. The location was also really nice, as you stepped outside of the hotel right into Chinatown, which was quite charming! Nearby you can walk to the ferry station which will take you across the river to Iconsiam shopping mall, from 7th floor of which you can enjoy the view of the skyscrapers and the river, especially during sunset.

Not a minus, just a word of caution: if you're taking a taxi to the place, you'll end up in the super narrow streets and even the local taxi drivers might freak out 😅 Save them some trouble and get off a bit early to walk a couple of blocks ;) Also, make sure to enter from the correct side of the building - you should see signs on the streets which should lead you right to the entrance.

If you go for their balcony rooms the vie is absolutely amazing over the river and their restaurant rooftop vibe bar has even a better view. Will be back here next time I stop in bangkok. Sraff were lovely and helpful and place was spotless.

Nothing but if I had to really be picky the taxi can't drop you off at your door as lane's are very narrow bit these lanes are beautiful with local foods and items for sale so again it's a bonus really. Feel this place should be rated more than a 2 star hotel as has so much to offer.

Nice view of the river, excellent restaurant on 8th floor. Cool neighborhood.

Pillows are too fluffy to sleep on and the bed is hard. A/c is a bit noisy but OK.

The restaurant with the famous view is supposed to reopen in about a month. Riverview rooms are lovely. My stay was in fact for an entire month. I was in room 407 which was actually the 3rd floor ( ground, 2-3-4) It was very big with a wonderful view. Later I moved to room 201. Smaller but fine.I found the hotel to be in a fascinating area. The entrance is in a very narrow alley that only has room for pedestrians, bikes or motorcycles. Your cab from the airport can get you to the temple in front of the hotel, and the walk from the car is just a few steps around the corner. The hotel is extremely reasonably priced, the wifi is fine and the staff helpful.

Great location to explore Chinatown and get the orange boat taxi to the main temples. Room was clean and spacious. Bottled water provided whenever you had your room cleaned. Fridge was great. Good view from the roof terrace. 7-11 within walking distance which is always good!

Not much power in the shower. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high but probably avg for central Bangkok. Only one lift so can be waiting a while, and it’s a bit small if you have luggage.

Fantastic location right in the middle of talat noi. Excellent staff The staff was so kind and helpful . Clean tidy comfortable. Great comfortable beds,nice and quiet.we had a balcony too . Excellent roof top terrace.

The room was very hot and took a while to cool down.Its great to spreserve energy etc but at current temperatures it would be nice to have room a bit cooler. Please try to get away from plastic bottles. Even a large dispenser in the lobby or the Chang glassbottles.

A hidden gem. Rare opportunity in Bangkok to have a big balcony with fresh air, great views, at a very afforfdable price. It's in the middle of the charming Talad Noi area, with much to explore and everything you need in walking distance. Also good facilites, good rooftop restaurant, WiFi fast and reliable, comfy bed, good AC, very clean.

Bathroom is serviceable, but very basic - you basically flood the whole thing when taking a shower, shower curtain does nothing (but mold a bit) They refused to call me a taxi on departure, they said they had no contract - huh? Never had that before. Really spoiled my final day as it is not really an area where you can just catch a taxi from the road.

Great location although taxis struggle due to the narrow lanes. Tuk tuks no worries. Loved how non touristy it is yet a few funky things popping up and street food stalls in close by streets coming to life at night. Great feel to the neighbourhood. The room was spacious and the balcony was lovely to hang out on. Great views. The rooftop restaurant also had yummy food and brilliant views (helped there were fireworks)! Sadly they don't do breakfast. There is a coffee club a ten min walk away by the pier for those who like a western style breakfast like me : )

Not a big deal, they're not common in Thailand, but a ceiling fan would be amazing.

Fantastic location. Big hotels would kill for the river view from the rooftop restaurant. Staff are great, helpful, friendly and pleasant. Beds are very comfortable and the food is excellent. The area is full of interest too, with narrow alleys, shops and cafes, great for just wandering around.

Could do with a bit of fresh paint in some areas but that's a very minor thing.
