Been staying here for years. It has had 3 owners, currently UHG, but is basically same place. Location great especially since the blue MTR line has been extended to the west bank. Close enough to water bus. Very close to main train station and MTR. Air condition good. Breakfast good. Suggest you pay for it in reservation.

They could take a room a day off line and give a guy a caulk gun and red and white paint and spiff up the room. The fit and finish is getting a bit long in the tooth, but this is not a serious problem. Now that covid 19 is over time for new owner to invest in the property.

Excellent pool, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast buffet, and good location (near Chinatown). Would recommend.

Gym kit could do with an upgrade and some maintenance. Be aware that some of the rooms which don't have the city view may have a window which is right up against a car park. I had to keep my blind down all the time so people couldn't see in from the car park.

Everything! The room is nice and has a very good view of the city. The bed is very comfortable and we enjoyed our best sleep throughout the whole vacation. Breakfast buffet is delicious and have a lot of choices. Our room get cleaned everyday. The gym is very nice and we enjoyed our workout. The pool is relaxing, but they removed the beds beside the pool the second day during our stay.

Airport pickup service from the hotel is 1000 baht, whereas if you book a grab it only costs 400 baht 😅

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and quick to assist. The breakfast was tasty and with big variety.

The hotel overall is dated. It's not as modern as the pictures.

Location is good. Close to Chinatown and a few nice cafes in the area. There is cheap public transport (you pay inside the bus, show them where you are going as they fare is different according to the stop, around 10 to 20 THB) nearby that goes to the royal palace and another line to Jim Thomson house, two of the main touristic destinations. If you prefer taxi, it's not that expensive either (~150 THB). There are taxis or tuk tuk in front of the hotel but we never used them, just used Grab app. Breakfast offers a wide range of sweets and savory food, 100% recommend. Swimming pool is open until 21:30 and the view of the town from there is very nice. Specially the nearby temple. Please check it out even if only for a few minutes. There is a tourist information in the building but we never used it. AC wasn't noisy and there was no noise from outside either.

Deposit fee of 500THB upon arrival. At checkout, they need to check your room and then return the deposit. This checkout process was quick but account 5-10 minutes for it. They also claimed some drinks to our room but we refuted them, as it wasn't true. Hotel agreed no to charge us, thank you! I don't know if this was the hotel's fault or another client being 'clever '. There is a double door connecting our room with the next one, locked from both side. We didn't hear anything from the other room anyway and this might be handy for some families or people with open lifestyle. AC didn't have remote control so you need to fix it in the control panel in the wall.

Excellent value for money. Opt for the city view rooms. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Beds and duvets were super comfortable. Showers were very nice and hot, plus the bathroom was a pretty good size. Swimming pool area is quite nice and the rear area offers great views over the city. Location was great with easy access to the Metro. Other transporation also easily available close by. Several food places at a walking distance. Beautiful temple and Massage place just around the corner. China town is only a 5 minute walk.

Breakfast was good except not so many international choices, aside from breads and fruits. Language was a barrier whilst communicating with most staff. We are mainly English speaking and most only understood Thai, so we had to keep reverting to Google Translate to make any requests.

Hotel is located at the gates of Chinatown and opposite Bangkok's historical and beautiful Main Railwaystation Hua Lamphong. Access to MRT 3 minutes walk from hotel. 7Eleven round the corner. You can easily reach Suvarnabhumi Airport by public traffic using combination MRT (metro) and Skylink train airport connection

The remote control for aircon is integrated in the sidewall of the roomdoor. Due to poor lighting conditions in the room entrance you cannot read the display of the remote control and need to shine with the light of your smartphone enabling ti read and adjust the control. Bathroom slippery when wet. Poor anti slip floor inside and outside of shower area

It was in an excellent location .right across from mrt ,next to the railway station ,the stop of all the buses ,and the piers are very close . Also a 7 / eleven ,cafe ,shops ,restaurants,night market ,attractions very very close. It was very clean ,it had a nice pool area,the staff is kind and helpful .Very good wi fi .The breakfast for Asian was good but forthe European was lacking .no many options . The bathroom was good and clean ,the pillows very good .

The room was a bit old with worn furnitures..it needs renovation . The mattresses average. The breakfast was not good and taste
