The hosts were so amazing. We both sadly caught covid and they let us extend our stay to allow us to isolate. They brought up hot water and breakfast and we ordered food. They also moved us to a bigger room with a tv and ensuite bathroom. It was amazing and we couldn't have been more grateful. It was a perfect location and the hosts bent over backwards to make sure we had a good stay and met all our day trip pick ups. They were so friendly and we felt so comfortable there. The thai breakfast was great and big portion sizes.

I loved this place so much that I extended my stay twice. Do I need to say more? :D Beautiful rooms, particularly mine - loved the balcony! WiFi was great, staff just lovely, breakfast varied and different every morning. Location in a great part of Chinatown - in the middle of action, but not on some narrow crowded street - there is a little square in front, where one can sit and pause and not be pushed around by the hectic chaos. That is right around the corner, LOL. Beautiful old refurbished traditional house. I will most certainly be back.

I loved literally everything about this place. The only thing I hated was having to leave eventually.

A kind and generous staff operate this amazing guesthouse in an excellent location close to MRT and the Golden Buddha, and close to all the wonders and intrigue of the streets, alleys and buildings of Chinatown. The premises have an eclectic and calming aesthetic that was a joy to inhabit. What’s more, the breakfast provided was absolutely sensational; including green curry, tropical fruits, sweet treats and more. The staff were very helpful in assisting our understanding of where to go, and what direction to go in. We very much hope to return here one day. This is the place you need to stay!

Loved this place! Amazing old house eccentric Chinese meta English tea culture decor. Delicious homemade Thai food for breakfast. Comfortable room with great AC, good shower and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lots of small stairs to climb but that's part of the charm. Not good for less able bodied travellers

the staff is amazing. Moss and team are exceptionally good hosts and also great chefs! they are helpful and kind. property is clean and has a peculiar decoration but has a strange attraction!

The location in Chinatown is excellent. The staff great and the breakfast very good.

There is a lot of road noise in the neighborhood but surprisingly, it did not affect my sleep. The 50 steps climbing to the top floor can be challenge and certainly not for everyone. The flights are irregular with shallow steps and and varying slopes, with one flight is almost the ladder. Quite a challenge for this old body! Still, I made it for five nights stay. They are made of beautiful wood and finished very nicely, but are a bit slippery. Ones shoes must be left at the foot of the stairs and transversing in the socks is not safe. Plan for bare feet if possible!

Moss is an excellent manager and Nai prepared us delicious Thai breakfasts, which were different every day and included an amazing Tom Yum Soup and a Massaman Curry. They both looked after us very well, great hosts and are a credit to the hotel. Gave us good advice on where to visit and how to get around. We had the king room with the balcony garden, which was a beautiful place to relax. The room was very clean, quirky, spacious and comfortable. The whole guesthouse is in a historical old building, beautifully decorated and different from the boring, generic hotels. It is just a 5 minute walk in to the food streets of Chinatown and the MRT and across the road from The Golden Buddha Temple. I would 100% recommended The Unforgotten B&B.

There is nothing to dislike, keep doing what you are doing. Stairs to the king room are steep but fine unless you have mobility problems and the staff carry your bags up and down for you. Traffic noise at night but it is Bangkok, which is a large busy city and all cities are noisy, so not the fault of the hotel.

The location is phenomenal! Everything is at your fingertips. The GM and the Owner are two spectacular people that will ensure you want for nothing! Imagine being at the 4 seasons but without the pretentiousness. Everything was perfect, rooms, comfort, incredible breakfast made authentically like grandma does, and the level of personal service was like having a concierge! I stayed in 3 different rooms during my stay because of my length of stay and was happy with them all!

The noise outside early in the morning would be my only complaint but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The local government was doing some works and as I was jetlagged it was a bit of a nuisance. Again, nothing within the hotel's control.

I loved the breakfasts, true thai style with filling portions. Amazing staff especially Moss who works hard to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is good 7min walk to chinatown and few mins to a train station. I was solo travelling the area felt safe and it was a comfortable stay.

A bit too dark in room even with lights on, not recommend for anyone who cant climb many stairs as most rooms are up steep flights of stairs.

Very cute spot in a good location. Thai breakfast was tasty and very filling both mornings I was there and the coffee was good too! Moss was so helpful and we had a nice chat over breakfast since I was solo. China town was close by and lots of good street food at night! Overall, it was clean and comfortable, I felt safe, and relatively quiet for being in the middle of the city!

The steep and many stairs may be hard for some. No actual complaints about this place!
