A Clean, well presented and well maintained room, with washing machine fridge ( which was well used ) and microwave ,very comfortable bed, easy access to anywhere you would want to go ( BTS ), close to 7/11 and family mart, and also Gateway mall.The staff were great 👍🏻, helpful and pleasant 😀, couldnt fault them.

Sadly the only fault I have with the room was the construction site overlooking our room, I understand progress must happen, but the early morning work with heavy machinery made it hard to get a decent sleep-in, also, the breakfast options were limited, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee etc, but the hot options available were only 5 or 6, mainly dinner type meals, and were more than often Luke warm at best, my recommendation is to go outside of the hotel to eat breakfast, but , can be ok if you only want the basics, toast, fruit, cereal etc.. clean and well presented

Great Location. Nice neighbourhood. Big rooms and bathrooms! Nice system like a kind of a dressing instead of Wardrobe Quality of Breakfast food is very good. Big Bathroom, good Shower and Bath Everything very clean! Kitchen ok! Big Fridge ok! Microwave ok!

2 little stools, bean bags or chairs should be added to the balcony!!! Nice balcony with quite good view but you cannot sit on it except on the floor!!! Adding this would add much value for money. Not enough loungers at Swimming pool. Water extremely cold!

10/10. Very kind staff!!! Very clean, comfortable, and great location. The rooftop pool was heavenly. We were pleasantly surprised to see the in room washer/dryer, iron/board, robes, toiletries, dishes and fridge, they all came in handy. Breakfast was good! Grab delivers. The balcony overlooking the city was neat. We hope to stay again!!!

It's a great hotel conviniate location right next door to the BTS and Bus station very comfortable and modern with very helpful staff friendly and welcoming they can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure The breakfast buffet is very good with a great choice of traditional breakfast fruits yogurt cereals and a nice selection of aisan food really great hotel I will be coming back evey time in in BKk There's a delicious Korean BBQ Reasturant attached to the hotel well worth a visit

Staff were extremely helpful. Tried to fulfill all our requests. Bed was brilliant. Location very convenient.

Don't use the disposable razors provided unless you want to rip the hairs off your face. More blunt than mine after 10 uses!

Much as we liked it, I would not recommend this hotel for families or Westerners. The breakfast setup is obviously for single business people as there is only one table for 4, and 3 table for 2! Breakfast is quite Asian.

The location was very convenient, situated a bit outside the standard tourist area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Using the pool in the early evening was the perfect way to relax. Breakfast was very tasty and varied.

basic for the kitchen would be appreciated. although dishes are cleaned every day, dish soap, sponge and dish cloth would be helpful

The bed was comfy!!!! Breakfast had heaps of options and so yum, my partners new favorite is now Pork Karaage thanks to Civic Horizon. also watching the sunrise in the rooftop pool was so lovely and the staff were so friendly the whole time. Cannot fault this hotel.
