Comfortable bed and a great shower! Good breakfast and very nice staff. Affordable and comfortable!

Room was quite small and the walls are thin so noisy neighbors can be a problem. As for location, it's good if you're staying around Sukhumvit. If you want to go to the many sites alone the river, it's always about an hour by public transportation. The hotel has a golf cart to take you to the end of the street closer to the train and buses but it's still a walk to the stops. It's not the hotels fault, it's just not the easiest city for public transportation!

Location and staff

Good location, a good distance from the frenetic & noisy atmosphere around the sukhumvit road. Good buffet breakfast. Quiet room giving on the backside. AC is very efficient. Good TV channels programmation with some international channels. Good bed. Good shower with good debit and pressure but....the drain doesn't work well, you have to close the faucets during your shower to allow the water to be drained.

The room wasn't well cleaned the 1st night, I reported it the day after and the situation has improved the following days. The towels were sometimes quite worn out. Poor lighting over the sink and poor water pressure too.

The place is great value for money, considering you get breakfast included and the cost of some of the other place within 2 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and all spoke great English and were helpful in giving direction and advice. Not too far away from bars and restaurants, other things, but far enough that it was quiet and you were unaware of the noises.

Probably could do with a spruce up, but I am a great believer in you just sleep there it does not have 5 star.

The hotel is located in a quiet area deep in a Soi (small street) off the main Sukhumvit road. It’s close to the Nana BTS (light rail) station and all the bars and action. The room and en-suite bathroom are spacious enough the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is quite good with a Thai selection available.

Across the road there is a building under construction with associated noise from 8 o’clock. Some of the surrounding hotels have a small golf cart to transport people to the main road ( approx 500 metres) but that doesn’t seem to be available with this hotel.

This hotel is located at the end of Soi 8, off Sukhumvit Road and was very quiet. For a budget friendly hotel, I couldn't fault the room as it had everything I needed to include safe, fridge with free daily bottled water and good shampoo and body wash. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had no external noise issues whatsoever. Breakfast was cheap and cheerful and certainly set me up for the day. I found this hotel ideally located for my son and I to explore Bangkok.

The location is excellent, 5 minute walking distance from Nana BTS and 15 minutes walking from Sukhumvit MRT. Very close to party areas like Nana and Soi Cowboy, so you can just walk there. At the same time, the hotel is down the alley in a quiet location so no noise around. The breakfast was good. The wi-fi was also very good. The staff was excellent. Free tea, coffee, water and tea maker in the room, along with a fridge. A couple of 7-11s around for your basic needs.

This boutique hotel is great value for money. It is located near the Nana BTS (but note that you still will need to walk a fair bit into Soi 8, as it's not right on Sukhumvit Road. I'm only mentioning it in case you need to carry heavy luggage, otherwise it's a nice walk down a street with good shops and restaurants). The room I stayed in was small but comfortable enough, at least it had a desk where you could work, and the Wi-Fi worked really well here. Other than that, there is AC, a laptop safe, a small fridge and most of the basic things you may have to expect when staying at hotels in this area, and it's always sparkling clean. I cannot comment about the breakfast options as I didn't have any here. After my check-out, the hotel personnel were kind and let me leave my luggage to pick up hours later.

At arrival, my reception was a bit abrupt as I was struggling with getting my luggage in, and the lady behind the counter was immediately instructing me to put my face mask on. It's fair to say, that one was meant to at the time (and the requirement would be lifted soon after) but at no other hotel I stayed in Thailand, I was requested to do so by personnel, least of all while trying to lift heavy luggage and before saying Hello. The bathroom door is a bit on the quirky side, and doesn't offer full privacy. Not a problem for me as I was alone but I imagine it may be a problem for some. Just a minor detail though.

Rooms are lovely, very comfortable beds. A very good breakfast, buffet style, choice of Asian or western cuisine. Fruit juices, lots of coffee, toast, pastries, yoghurt, and fruit. Very helpful cook who also acted as waitress.

The hotel is a long walk from main road The hotel has an electric buggy to take you to main road, but no system to summon it for trip to hotel. Good for the waistline I suppose.

Quiet place. Good location. Kind staff. It is a good place for a short stay of 2-3 nights.

Rooms are very small. Hair dryer(room 503) works for only 30 seconds and shuts off. TV screen is badly scratched. Towels are a bit worn out. It's not possible to get scrambled eggs or omelet for breakfast... only dull fried eggs. Before, it was possible to get eggs at your preferred style.
