Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice sized rooms with good facilities. Pretty quiet amongst the chaos of the city. Rooms have kitchenette which is handy. Very short walk to train station and malls with convenience stores nearby also.

Water hardness in the area can leave hair and skin a bit sticky after showering. Gym could use some weights and a bench. Front desk is not attended overnight. Location can be a little hard for some drivers to find as it is a small street ( not the hotel's fault). Noise from halfway could be reduced.

Staff hospitality is great for me. They're helpful and nice. No complaint about the unit. Clean, all facilites and amenities can function well. Fridge is cold to keep our drink (based on my experience, not many hotel provide good functioning fridge *sad). One thing I'm so happy about the hotel is : LOCATION!. First it's located quite close to the BTS Station (apprx 500 meters) buttt.. not too close, so the area is quite and not crowded with tourists. Second, It is also surrounded by a few luxurious condo developments (The Diplomat, XXIX, etc). Third, there is a coffee shop located adjacent to the hotel complex, they have smoking area (VERY RARE in Bangkok!) And fourth, close to seven eleven, lawson and there is 1 weed store (B Good Dispensary) that we visit. Btw, they have balcony, so you can smoke cigarette outside after long day wandering around bangkok (and again. So hard to smoke cig in bangkok. Not many smoking area). Madam manager running chasing us to the end of the narrow road because we left our phone when we checked out.. thanks a lot maam!

Nothing major though, the direct access is quite narrow so grabcar can't access the lobby. But the narrow path is very short. Very close to the main road. And since we're on the 1st floor, our balcony is visible from the side alley within the complex (literally can say hi to people who pass by in the alley). They try to buffer it with plants, but not thick enough I guess..

perfect location, quiet and close to the bts. You can walk to the mall and to many restaurants

Swimming pool and gym basically doesn't exist

They let me check in early and check out late. Everything was clean and tidy and the room was very comfortable. It's only a 10 minutes walk from the BTS and EmQuartier, very convenient. It's worth mentioning however that I was able to book when they had advertised a 70% discount, had I paid full price I might have had other expectations.

It is a bit far away from the city center. However, it is not a big deal since the hotel is within a walking distance from the Phrom Phong BTS station. · The WiFi connection wasn't very strong sometimes.

Japanese inspired apartment in J-town part of Bangkok. I loved the toilet and bathroom, and the kitchen has utensils (even if we didn’t use it)

The sleeping space is kinda small and the bathroom was too big—they could have removed the bath tub so the bedroom had more space

Great place to stay off Sukhumvit, close to Phrom Pong BTS. Very nice exterior and interior. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in earlier than 2.00 pm. The 1 bed suite has everything you need for a short stay. I was there for 5 nights.

Brilliant apartment room with a small kitchen and large refrigerator. Bed is super comfortable, room is spacious and clean with a nice balcony and modern bathroom with top notch facilities and amenities. WiFi is perfect.

Takes a bit of a walk to get to hotel. Air conditioner is blasting right onto the bed, which is very cold and makes me feel little bit sick. No hot or warm water for showering.

The reception staff was the best, so kind and thoughtful. The property looks even better than the photos on websites, definitely come back again!
