The price and location of this hostel make it difficult to criticise. For only £11/night, its proximity to the BTS train made it a great-value choice for me. The furniture and facilities are modern. The member of staff working at the reception desk was warm and friendly. An adequate breakfast is included in the price. Right on the doorstep there are restaurants, convenience stores, bars, and street-food galore. Public transport to and from BKK airport is superb.

When I was shown to my bunk, I noticed some brown-ish marks on the sheets and a few strands of hair from the previous occupant. When I pointed this out, the receptionist giggled and replied: yes, it’s a two-star hostel. Each toilet or shower seemed to have a resident cockroach. I hesitated before posting negative feedback here, because everything else was great, but I do think even budget accommodation should be clean.

The location is absolutely perfect if you are traveling and roaming around Bangkok via BTS because the place is just beside the BTS Phrom Phong station. The place was great and clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very nice..

The location and surroundings are the best and worth for money. Neighbour to landmark Emporium Luxury shopping mall and EM Quartier and adjacent to Sustaina organic shop and restaurant and country's historic hot pot, Coca. BTS sky train station, Phrom Phong is just 20 steps. Bed equipped with enough lightings.

It would be very nice if they vacuum hair of guest who used bed prior my arrival. I see handful of long hair next to mattress and it feels ...

It is conveniently located near Phrom Pong BTS station. There is a lot of local food available in the area. It is near a luxurious shop. Walking distance to the Queen's park too. They have a lot of rooms. The toilet and bath are both clean. They have cool ac and they have a roof top if you need to dry your laundry or stuff. Their wifi is fast.

I wasn't informed that they don't have a 24h reception. When I arrived, there was no one there to tell me where my bed or room assignment was. It was all good as we sorted out everything in the morning.

Amazing location, provided towel, very clean space.

Locker broken, couldnt lock my stuff, had to walk with my camera everywhere. It say that breakfast is included but they provide only basic sandwich with meat (cant have if you are vegetarian), and juice in tetrapak, so you have to spend your money for breakie somewhere else. There is cafe attached to the hostel which is amazing but also takes a comon space you cant use when open.

Right next to a BTS station, and a really good, cheap open air restaurant on the corner. It was easy to get to, and the place was really cute -- like Korean hipster cafe. The pods were really nice, we were able to control the AC ourselves, it was nice and clean. Overall, great place and cute aesthetic.

Lack of common areas and there was basically no English spoken by the staff. They were really sweet though, and went out of their way to help, especially through Google Translate but if you needed information about things, it was hard to get that help.

Quirky and stylish hostel really close to the skytrain for getting around easily.

Staff didn't speak much English. I was originally taken to the wrong room and after having already unpacked had to move. I had requested a lower bunk due to an injury but this was not noted either. There was no vegetarian option available for breakfast.

The location. Its close to Phrom Pong BTS station. Which means easy way for you to travel. Other than that, it's clean. The toilets, the dorms, all of it. The size of the bed is also good.

The bed was hard. Quite uncomfortable, but not bad.. Also, the small locker they provided didn't even lock.

The staff was great! Ninnin and Jenny are absolutely welcoming and sweet. The hostel was clean, quite, and in a great position, right at the exit of Phrom Pong BTS station.

Everything was good!

It was close to the BTS Phrom Pong and easy to find other places around the area even without usung the BTS.

No real common area unless you go to sit in the reception area and that is always busy.
