2 bedrooms suites are large and comfort, full equipped. water in bathroom not too hot enough, need go public onsen on the swimming pool floor room cleaning staff are nice and efficient

few choice on breakfast, but like Japanese style very much, a cockroach was greeting to me on the first day morning of my stay front desk services are not efficient, need more check in time

Amazing serviced apartment that seems to cater to Japanese tourists. There’s onsen pools in here and natto and miso soup are always available at breakfast. The hotel is immaculately clean and the service staff are really nice. We love our room (we got upgraded for free) and the pool. The bedding is seriously soft and the mattress so comfortable, they’re so good for our tired bodies after a long day of shopping and eating. I cannot think of any reason not to be back here to stay again for our next Bangkok vacation. Oh, this hotel is pet-friendly and we saw so many adorable doggies! Love this hotel!

Nothing. It’s not very near BTS but it was no biggie to us. The walk there was pleasant and we enjoyed buying mangoes at the stall to and fro hotel, so it really is okay!

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and this hotel is located in Thonglor, so I think it's the best choice for those who want to enjoy this area. The room condition is very good, and both air conditioning and water pressure are good. The biggest advantage of the studio room I stayed in is that it has a microwave, induction, and even a washing machine with drying function! So I think it's a great choice for people who will stay for more than three days. Breakfast does not have many kinds of food, but it is well organized in its own way. You can eat rice, curry, miso soup, fruits, salad, bread, coffee, yogurt and milk. As with many Thai staff, all staff are kind and considerate. If I come to Bangkok again, I am thinking of staying here again.

I like the location of the swimming pool and the view of the city. The location is good but a little away from the center which is ideal for us. There is Marche mall across the road with food stalls and super market, they also have Burger King. Walking distance to few restaurants as well because the hotel restaurant is currently under renovation until next year. Breakfast is ok, choices are limited but it’s fine for us.

Small size bedroom, a little further out of the city centre (45 minutes ) if traffic will take you more. Breakfast can be better. Bedrooms not ideal for big family, we had two separate bedrooms not on the same floor.

Fantastic pool terrace, gym and onsen. All the facilities were very clean. The room was spacious and and well designed for work and relaxing. Whilst there is no on site restaurant at present, it's in a fantastic location and very close to lots of bars, restaurants and other amenities as well as a short walk to the BTS.

The breakfast was not good. The 'juice' appeared to be sweetened and artificial and made from concentrate. The yoghurts were all sweetened, the cereal was coco pops or cornflakes (sweetened), plain white or brown sliced bread/toast/white rolls or plasticy croissants with sweet peanut butter or fluro pink strawberry jam (sweet!). The fresh fruit was fine, and the asian breakfast options all seemed popular. Coffee machines worked well. The usual breakfast restaurant is closed for a few months for renovation but some simple improvements - sourdough bread, real juices and good pastries would be a welcome addition.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Front-desk Louis, Zoelek, Tong and Choke.

While I understand that the restaurant is under renovation, the Den on M Floor which is used for the breakfast area now is too crowded, and staff replenishing food and plates are overworked... the 2 hostess or ushers getting gets ought to help the team a bit, rather than just standing there

New and clean hotel. The presence of onsen and steam room is great after whole day of walking in BKK. Staff are friendly. The complimentary coffee machine would be a thoughtful gesture. Have shuttle service to ferry guests to desired places in Thong Lor.

The variety of breakfast is limited and food taste is not fantastic. Not enough shuttle buggy to ferry guests efficiently, guests have to wait at least 30mins during peak hours. Pool water is too cold.

I liked the welcoming staff when I arrived as to no negative vibes at all plus the lady at reception explained everything from the car park to the use of the gym and breakfast timing when I gained access to my room another gentleman brought my luggage up which today issues it’s very rare . The room was big enough for a short stay and facilities was very good , only down side was the tv as very limited to English films or documentaries to watch and I know what your thinking that I’m in Bangkok but some like a quiet time in the room but still very enjoyable stay and definitely be staying again … Thank you to all the staff as they all have a great vibe .

No washing liquid as standard and wash sponge with a tea towel to clean up after yourself in room as at Heathrow airport Bath road has and great staff there too.

Staff helpful start from reception, location is good in Japanese part of Bangkok, The supermarket is opposite the hotel and close to everything .

Cleanliness should be better Especially the room floor and breakfast is not up to the required level and is not varied .

The staffs were super nice and kind. The environment was clean. The location was pretty nice that there were many massage stores around.

The swimming pool was quite small.
