i like the location very much which is near the convenience/grocery store and the Holy Redeemer church which is my main place of interest for the trip. i find very helpful the availability of the parking space which facilitated keeping of a private vehicle.

i initially didn't like the thought of not having a restaurant/breakfast included, but it seems it's not needed anyway as we need to rush with our itinerary. i was looking for some restroom in the lobby area, but could not find one and have to go to the parking area restroom which is somehow under maintenance.

No breakfast served.Toilet is too close to the wall. Unable to sit down to use it.

No shower curtain. The bathroom floor got very wet and slippery during a shower. Dangerous to walk in the bathroom after showering.

Perfect location for business and moving around city center

position very convenient (I had meetings in the Ploenchit area), very safe to walk alone at night, close to Lumpini Park, deserved with all commodities (restaurants, supermarkets and malls, BTS station...). Room very clean and spacious, attention to detail: large wardrobe with mirror, comfortable bedding, good water pressure, no bad smell at all (I have had hotel rooms in Bangkok where the room smelled like water drains...)

I was extremely grateful for the 24 hour service since my flight got in so late, but it wasn't a problem to check in after midnight. The receptionists were extremely helpful with the information they provided and even helped me book a cab or Grab (like Uber) on a couple of occasions. The room was quiet and clean and met my needs. I had wifi. They provided shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and those necessities. I was very satisfied with the stay.

I wish there was a shower curtain in the shower/tub.

The location is great. Close to Lumpini park, American embassy, metro station, shopping malls and big hotels. There is no restaurant in the hotel and no swimming pool or any service. The room was big enough for our family. One room with two queen size beds were comfortable. We liked it a lot. For a family room the price was very convenient.

There is a weed shop just next to the hotel and the sweet smell of grass was smelling in the lobby. It didn't come so much to the rooms, but just to know.

Great location, just a short walk from the Ploen Chit BTS, hot shower, powerful air conditioner, room cleaned daily, friendly staff, fairly fast WiFi (around 30 Mbps), comfortable bed

The room was dark, lights are dim and few, windows are tinted so even in the afternoon it’s a bit gloomy. Also there were quite a few cockroaches both on the bathroom and the main room. They were small and I saw only one at a time, but it was a bit irritating. I don’t think it’s my fault as I’ve never left any food or trash in the room, if I had something I always put it in the fridge until the cleaning next day.

- Bed is comfy and cosy - We planned to buy a toothbrush since we forgot but the hotel provided you with that. - Staff are nice - 8/10 overall from an average thai person

- wish there's breakfast included ( not really a dislike ) - The TV should be a smart-tv with androidTV so we could watch international content instead of local news, recommend to bring yoyr own HDMI cable

The staff are very warm and kind. I booked the place for my family coming from another country while my husband and myself vacations in BKK from another. Make the story short, family arrived at 9:00am and check in is 2:00pm. I asked if they can do early check-in so that all their luggage's are stowed, the front desk says that the rooms are not ready (i booked 2). As we are about to take all the 5 members items to my hotel, the lady at the front desk said we can have one of the rooms that has just been cleaned. Family is able to tour without all the bags they have. Excellent communication too btw prior to arrival at BKK. Thank you.

None at all. The only reason i gave a 9 rating is that their pool is not open and no restaurant in the premises, but place is very transparent about what they lacked on booking.com.

Very spacious room. Clean. Big beds. The surroundings is peaceful and away from city noise. Walking distance to convenience stores and train station. Feels safe.

A little bit old. No daily water, one time only. The ac is not consistent. Sometimes its hot. No security guard so I guess its safe because people come and go, no double checking if we really are guests or not.
