Location. Difficult for my wife to go for shopping.

Beautiful property. Initially the service seemed over the top and very good.

We had a butler service, but each time I tried to engage them, it was a fail. I used what’s app 4-5 times to communicate (as directed), but the response was always so delayed they never could help. The final straw was the taxi service we asked them to coordinate to get to the airport. They reserved a small taxi we barely fit in, who was late. We had been getting much nicer rides using Grab.

The room and facilities were in great condition. The room was very quiet (9th floor), except for the staff utility closet next to our room, which was noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was very high quality with fresh juice, eggs, and coffee made to order, and a good selection of foods. The gym and pool were beautiful. The pool lounge next to the pool was really nice, but the hotel rents it out often for parties and events, so don’t count on being able to use it. The restaurants in the hotel were good quality. the hotel is very close to a BTS station and Central Embassy, which has a lot of good restaurants. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff utility closet next to our room was noisy. Taxis and Grabs are difficult to get at that location. The drivers don’t want to go there because of the traffic.

Breakfast, room service & facilities! There was a lady in charge of the fresh juice section on the mornings of the 2-7th of September who provided exceptionnal service and even took the initiative of creating a new juice for us every morning that she would bring to our table. Huge kudos to her, this is an amazing service touch, she most definitely exceeded any of our expectations!!!

Beautiful, luxuriously decorated hotel (smells nice according to my wife 😄. Comfortable room, amazing housekeeping standard with attention to detail. Excellent customer service all round. Warm and welcoming friendly staff (hard-working people, everywhere you look, always doing something, no idling and look happy...) The hotel is well located, Central Embassy mall for shopping and fantastic eateries. For the enthusiasts, beautiful Lumphini Park is just a stone throw away for a morning run. Skytrain is very easy and accessible around the city. No tuk tuk is required 🤭

Staffs are very polite and friendly especially the gentle doorman who is always eager to help us taking nice photos. All of the staffs are willing to help us with everything. This is my third time for staycation here. Still impressed as always. Breakfast is in good standard with variety of choice and tasty. The room is quiet and spacious. The bed is comfartable.TV has productive screen mirror mode. Air-conditioner is set at appropriate temperature.

The "no disturb" light in front of the room is out of order. The air ventilation in bathroom doesn't work properly.

I was previously staying at a hotel in sukhmuvit and had issues with the room. A friend recommended me Athenee. Once I checked in, I felt a sudden ease as I knew this was a quality hotel. I had a great afternoon nap and could finally start to enjoy my holiday :)

Checking it out, service good but feeling of leaving and going back home makes me sad haha

Exceptional breakfast, very generous with many new taste to discover ! Spacious and luxurious room ! Very good location ! The staff is extremely jovial, service minded, smile to you, always ready to support your requests. You can clearly feel that the staff is happy to work there, a real pleasure for us as guests to experience this!

All were above our expectations

Great location- sound proof walls,(not every hotel has that) this was so important to us. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, good curtains kept room lightless and perfect to sleep. Tidy and clean atmosphere, smells beautiful! We loved sauna, and splendid pool view. The staff cooperative, can solve anything any time! We appreciated everything you done and definitely coming back!

- central but quiet location - excellent breakfast with great "egg menu" - very friendly and helpful staff - short distance to the MRT (but not easy to find as you need to walk through a small passageway - wonderful lemongrass scent on the room floor - well sized working desk in the room

- breakfast should be open until 11:00 h instead of only until 10:30 h - the bathroom had no small face mirror - a selection of international newspapers in the lobby or bar/cafe area would be nice - the base setting of the air condition is too loud and the wind speed too strong
