Loved the free breakfast every morning and the staff where super helpful and friendly despite a bit of language barrier It’s relatively close to most places you want to go (30min) but keep in mind 30min is considered a long drive for a taxi outside of the ones you order at the hotel

The pillows are so high that it’s like trying to sleep with your head on a step Don’t think check in time was mentioned (could be wrong) but when we went to check in at 12 told us to come back at 2

Very quiet, clean and well organised place, good value for money especially if you don't want to stay somewhere crowded , not really a tourist spot, yet close to MRT station Sirindhorn, 20 minutes drive to any busy spot you looking for. Good selection of street food about 5 minutes walking distance. 7 eleven literally at the entrance of the hotel. Overall very nice no complaint.

No handsoap, you need to buy your own.

Good sized room, clean and comfortable with a nice view of the bridge and river from my balcony. Easy to get a local river taxi from close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to check in early although I arrived hours before the official time. Wide selection of tasty food for breakfast. Would happily recommend.

Minor issue of light just in the entrance of my room not working and although reported didn't get fixed, but not a real problem as I used the others instead.

All staff were so kind. All house keepers and Morning breakfast staff, reception staff especially Pitrapa They were all so helpful well coming with great smile. We had a great holidays in Royal river hotel. We would definitely come back again. Beautiful view from the out side restaurant :)

It needs maintenance in swimming pool facility little bit. And the carpets on the upper floors need replacement.

+nice reception service, 24h + tuk-tuk shuttle to ferry, bus stop or main road + nice breakfast buffee + nice pool with towels + kettle with coffee in the room,

- low internet, you need to sign in again everytime after leaving the room, different internet in the lobby / breakfast- room

Breakfast had many Thai dishes I hadn't tried before. I loved trying the new food, thank you for the wide variety that changed every day. View of river was great, spent a lot of time looking at the view. Lovely large shower in bathroom. Staff friendly and encouraging on the times we were brave enough to speak a few athai words.

The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I also enjoyed their Buffet Breakfast with a lot of variety . Great view and peaceful if you want to get away from the Noise of Bangkok

The Aircon was leaking but they fixed it immediately

Staff nice and helpful. Large balcony overlooking the river. Nice restaurant and bar by the river.

Not many sockets in room. No douche spray, only toilet paper, available which is not good if you have a Thai partner.

The family room we stayed was large enough for 4 people with 2 large beds. Towels are properly packed and good to see hygiene standard is maintained well.

Although the hotel is on river side, we did not get chance to ride the boat because nearest station was shut down for some reason.

the area it was in was great, the room itself was good.

the included wifi was painful having to re input all the information in each time your phone or laptop went to sleep or you left the room. the breakfast included was very repetitive with no variety. windows we’re rattle when windy.
