the bed was so uncomfortable

The location was good close to MBK mall and you can walk to a lotus shopping centre in 5 minutes and the staff were extremely nice and helpful especially the reception and our favourite house cleaning lady went above and beyond for us, the rooms where large and good to have western TV channels.

Bed was uncomfortable took 2 or 3 nights to get used too, and the buffet wasn't that great if you like a western breakfast id suggest going to a cafe or else where

the service is just straight up amazing the people were so kind unbelievable the location is awesome the facilities are great Altough they could update the gym ;) pool is awesome

rooms were a little dirty. and sadly no outlets near the bed but besides that everything was perfect and the annoying tuk tuk drivers in front of the hotel sadly they can’t do anything about it since they are on public road

Big clean room, though hotel is quite old. Lunch buffet was excellent and not too expensive. A convenient store just a few minutes away! Location 7/10 Cleanliness 8/10 Hotel lunch buffet 10/10 Staff kind and accommodating

The street outside with food hawkers- be mindful of the price and negotiate as much as you can.

The Hotel was beautiful, the staff were absolutely amazing.

There was a smell of smoke on our floor in the hallway, some guests were very loud and a little inconsiderate of those in other rooms. The location is a bit far from any BTS or MRT and we had to walk for ages to get something to eat. A free hotel shuttle service to the BTS or MRT would be a plus for this beautiful hotel.

Spacious room. Grand lobby area. The location is not too busy, so calling Grab is not charged with the prime rate. The 711 is right outside the hotel, making it easy to get necessities. Across the street there are a lot of street food options that are not too expensive.

I liked Hotel very much! Great place, and will be even better, because it is under reconstruction works. Very friendly staff. Rooms are not very new, however very clean. I loved swimming pool on the 5th flor.

The hotel is totally worth the money. Clean, big room, and friendly staff. Moreover, the property is within walking distance of the Hua Lamphong MRT and National Stadium BTS. So if you wanna go either side of the town it's quite easy. There are a lot of street food options nearby.

Everything, suprisingly lobby was huge. Room is so spacious, just the way I like it. Check-in and out is hassle free, fast and convenient especially with nice and helpful staff attending to you.

Sadly there isnt any breakfast buffet available hopefully only for now.

An excellent property. Super convenient location, rooms were huge, beds comfy, plenty of powerful hot water for the shower. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly if they tried. Easy checkin.

Bed was a little hard for me. No PowerPoint near my bed for charging my laptop whilst I lay in bed watching a movie.
