The room and complex was absolutely beautiful and clean! the bathroom with the tub was amazing (even provided a bath bomb) and we really liked the lounge mats!

the A/C in the room wasnt very good and didnt circulate the room very well. There were also a few mosquitos that would bite us during the night. location was good, near khao san road and some lovely restaurants. however a bit more time consuming to ride taxis into town due to bangkok traffic.

Ambience. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Celebrated my partner's birthday here and they made it unforgettable. Staffs has been super super helpful. I couldn't thank them more. I've always booked hotel rooms whenever I travel but trying a villa once in BKK has exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely experience. Superb and highly recommended. Thank you all for making our stay such a memorable one!

Everything was awesome. There's nothing that we didn't love about the place. Ambience of the villa, Amazing staffs. Centrally located, nearby popular places in BKK and super affordable. Worth a try!

Cute little hotel for a special time in the old city of Bangkok. Right down the street is an awesome restaurant and the nightlife is not far away either. the staff in the hotel is super nice and helpful and the rooms are nice.

Wifi could be a bit better. But it’s no big deal.

The family history of the place made our stay feel just a little bit more special. The room and bathroom were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk to Khaosan Rd and the surrounding food streets and a quick bus to the temples. There are also many nice restaurants within a 2 minute walk so you're definitely spoiled for choice! Check in was easy, and the staff we very lovely. Would happily stay here again. We were actually both disappointed we didn't stay here the first time we were in Bangkok.

- Location (it is near 7-Eleven, 10 mins walk to Khao San Road, walking distance food stalls and near tourist spot). - Price (the price is good) - Their friendly staffs - Rooms (its clean and smells good) - Exceptional service (they do their best to accomodate us and allowed us for super early check-in. They do gave us a complimentary fresh fruits too) - Ambiance (so relaxing and calming)

barely any natural light in the room, also the couch area was shared, as shown on the pictures we were expecting a private seating area.

The hotel itself is super nice, clean and green. The staffs were so friendly. They allowed us to check-in early and when I had emergent stuffs that I had to leave early during the night, they were super supportive. Highly appreciate the staffs's friendliness and support there. I have been travelling a lot of places, but this is the first hotel I can really experience the customer mindset service.

The street is little noisy in early morning. For me who always sleep in a quiet place, this is a small problem.

Great little heritage/boutique hotel just a 5 minute walk from the Kao San road area. Just far enough away to be generally quiet. The suite room was beautiful, with a great tub, comfortable bed, and the added bonus of some fresh fruit. I really appreciated the cute gesture of a bath bomb (and they even gave me a second one when I screwed up the bath temperature thinking the cold was the hot - I offered to buy it but they wouldn't let me. Such friendly staff!

The location was great and the owner Mrs Vali was really friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk to loads of places from the hotel or get Tuk Tuks from the end of the road. There was a great laundrette around the corner too, which was very useful.

I thought we had booked a room with breakfast included, but when we arrived I realised we hadn't. It didn't matter though as we could walk down the road to eat elsewhere. Although Mrs Vali was really lovely, the other two members of staff on the desk were very grumpy and unfriendly, which was disappointing. My only complaint about locations the presence of a Cannabis cafe directly opposite the hotel. This lowered the tone a bit of an otherwise really classy family-run hotel and made for a lot of explanation to my 3 children who we were travelling with. That was a shame.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was perfectly fine, being spacious and comfortable enough. One downside were the lack of windowpanes in the windows--just wooden shutters which meant extra noise and heat. The bathroom was a bit basic with our water not reaching super warm temperatures. The location was very nice being walking distance to many great restaurants and sites and the A/C did at least get very cold. Staff were not overly friendly--the woman working reception never smiled and did not seem particularly warm.
