Generally good location, friendly staff, breakfast within the limits of expectations I would use this opportunity to praise outstanding employee Mr. MANASSAWIN Pipit Jirranon, tourist advisor (goes by Mike as a nickname). There are no words to describe his professionalism, great organization and unprecedented kindness. His commitment went beyond the regular customer care and we are so thankful for this as it made our travel experience much better. I note that I am frequently traveling around the world, so we are familiar with guest relationship officers who are taking care of you and selling you tours/trips etc. However, his advice, engagement, dedication to take care of hotel guest is exceeding every possible expectation. We received honest opinions and comments about the tours and stuff to do/see given the time we had, with so many helpful tips about realistic prices of goods/services, heads up how not to get to tourist traps and how to avoid common mistakes which ruin the overall experience of tourists in Bangkok and in Thailad overall. This is exceeding even the possible extra steps and efforts of people in his profession to make your stay pleasant. We are happy to hear that some other guests also shared our opinion and impression about his commitment and exceeding all expectations. I think that people like that Mr. Manassawin have a very important role and contribution to the development of tourism and the increase of Thailand's rating as a tourist destination. We expected more equipment in the room, closed wardrobes for clothes , for example....

the location was great within walking distance to many temples and nightlife. Also when we book tours most of the tour company’s could pick us up as the location was in their district.

the breakfast was not good. regret paying the extra price would much rather have spent less but locally than the hotel breakfast.

good with communication friendly and polite every time helpful accommodated being able to leave baggage with them as we had a night bus 🙏🏾

Quiet location yet very close to good street food places, old town and river. Room was clean and perfectly adequate. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was a nice bonus (though limited opening time which seems a waste of a good facility).

Breakfast was uninspiring, but adequate, and breakfast staff were helpful. Checkin staff tried to make me pay at the hotel even though prepaid online (I just refused and tried to explain it was paid online)

clean, good value for money.. location was good for Khaosan rd.. roof top bar and pool where a good vibe. great for the young crowd

bed was a little uncomfortable (very hard) and if location of major shops is what your after than this is a little to far (40min) and you need to be in a cab all the time

Hotel is close to multiple things to do in the city, super safe the streets even during the night, feels like you are in the city but at the same time in the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful, everyone nice! Rooftop has an amazing view, nice cocktails and not too expensive. Good breakfeast

Unfortunately our bathroom was not draining the water properly, also we didn't had hot water in the shower, only in the bathtub. Also the toilet seat was together with the shower, because of that the floor was always wet, so the bathroom was a disappointment. Also on our first day when we arrived, the bedsheets had some stains, so we had to change the other day.

Great location in the quiet street but just over the corner you will meet lots of places where to get some food and drinks. It is a walk distance to the main Bangkok attractions. Just grab some water and go to explore the city. The hotel has a nice rooftop with a city view and on the other side of street is located the "sister" hotel where you can have good Italian coffee in the morning. Beds were great (not too soft, not too hard), room was quiet and clean, hairdryer was working well. Staff was very friendly and super helpful, they reacted and solved a small problem super fast. Also if you have evening flight - you can leave the luggage in the luggage room.

This is the sister hotel of Samsen Street Hotel directly opposite. You can use the pool at Samsen Street which is fantastic on a hot day. I personally preferred the breakfast that 4 Monkeys offers. I stayed at both hotels but preferred the rooms at 4 Monkey's. They had groovy murals above the bedhead & hallways & I preferred their bathrooms. You can't go wrong with either hotel though.

Nothing I didn't like. Great location only 10 minutes walk to all the popular night life & walking streets & also has some great restaurants around the corner.. Also a fantastic bar on the rooftop that do cheap cocktails in the evening as the sun sets. The one photo of the room I took doesn't really do it justice

I really liked the kindness of the staff members. They always seemed willing and eager to help their customers. Also, the quantity of food during breakfast was very satisfactory. Also, the hotel was a 12 minute walk from Khaosan road and Rambuttri alley which are very entertaining bustling streets with so much fun going on.

When I got to my room, the wifi did not work on the first night but it did work on the following days. So, I'm glad the staff fixed my issue rapidly. However, I had no shampoo left in the container of my shower which is disappointing if you want to wash your hair during your stay.
