Very spacious, clean, stylish main room and connecting room with two great ensuite bathrooms, good wifi, and coffee, quiet property (& great to recover from jetlag) in a busy lively neighborhood, walking distance to IconSiam (interesting modern shopping mall with food court ), plenty of restaurants around, very helpful staff at check-in

The connecting (just a double-bed size) room had no windows, ideal for 2 children but might be problematic for some grown-ups, to see main Bangkok attraction you need to accept that there is THB100-150 cab ride involved, and no 24hr reception (not even during the day, I believe only when guests are expected) which might make ad-hoc help/information request cumbersome - however, you can always reach and ask per phone... Management tried to contact me via email to arrange payment before check out (which I did not like) and I was also not reading my emails or going into the app

The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were pristine. Bathroom and room were exceptionally clean and modern. The location is brilliant, not a far walk from Iconsiam where taxis, tuk tuks and (if you’re feeling brave enough) mopeds are available. The shopping and food at Iconsiam are great. Situated in a nice part of the city and we were made to feel very welcome, host was really helpful. A good start to our 6 months travelling Asia!!!

We had a great time at Warmtel! Nice small hotel, very helpful staff, clean, comfortable room with a great location, close to Iconsiam, sky train and ferries. Very easy to explore the riverside and the city at the same time.

Location wise: 5 minutes walk towards Iconsiam. Close to convenience store (tops daily closest; 7/11 around 3 mins walk from tops daily). Easy access to massage parlor. Quite far from Pratunamn for shopping. Close to khaosan, grand palace, and other temples. Staffs were exceptionally accommodating and nice. The whole place was kept clean. They made sure that our room is comfortable to sleep and clean.

The air-conditioned. It's not really that negative but it bothered us because the air was blowing towards our face/head. Gave us a runny nose but all is well since there was a chair in our room and we manually move the swing. I think there was one incident were the owner's father made a scene just because of Parking space. We were shocked/surprised when he banged the door loudly.

This lovely hotel is located in a highly underestimated position. Close to main public transport (S-line, Ferries, Tourist boats), it is close to lots of dining options, with a nice neighborhood and very friendly staff. The rooms are simple but really cosy and sparkly clean. Kitchen facilities, washing machine, fridge available in the common area. I loved the water bottles provided every day in the room. Being on a side street, it saved us a lot of noise from the main road. I would definitely go there again.

Unfortunately, there is no breakfast service; nevertheless, the hotel provides a common kitchen with fridge, sink and free coffee every morning.

Great instructions from staff prior to arrival explaining how to get to the accommodation. The room is really clean and tidy. Handy location close to the river, sky train, and mall.

Was very close to Icon Siam and the street that the hotel was on was quite. Very clean and good service. Will stay here again.

There was nothing to not like.

This small hotel is a jewel. Operating since only 7 years, it still looks like new. The rooms are very clean, the interior of the whole hotel has an inspiring "loft" feeling about it. No breakfast, but with a coffee option in the morning. The mall IconSiam is five minutes away (walking), the pier of IconSiam opens up all the river options and a BTS-Station is directly linked to the mall. The best thing about the hotel: it is very quiet (if the fellow travellors act respectfully), no traffic noise can be heard as the hotel is situated in a small soi off the main road. Friedly staff.

Location was really good . For a good clean quiet budget hotel you can,t beat this little gem . Highly recommend.

The receptionist was lovely! The accommodation is quieter than expected and really comfortable. The decor modern and the location was fantastic.
