We really love the location with nearby restaurant, food stalls, convenient stores (7eleven) to choose from, you will never be hungry. Aside from that aim House is only 5 mins walk to Krung Thon Buri (BTS) station centrally located so it's easy to go to one place to another. Away from the noise of the busy street but a 15 mins walk to ICONSIAM one of the biggest (maybe not? 😅) luxury mall in bangkok. The PIER where you can do a boat ride to visit different tourist spots is just 1 BTS station away. 15min ride to (sometimes less than) Rambutri Road and Kaosan the party hub of bangkok. Regarding the cleanliness, a daily cleaning service is available. Wifi is great, although I can't say much regarding the speed because I only do basic stuff. Staffs are helpful but a bit intimidating at first, you just have to ask them. Overall we were satisfied with our experience in this hotel, surely we will recommend.

This was our second stay, January 2020 before. It’s clean, room is comfortable. Small kitchen counter with fridge and kettle. Table with two chairs is great to have. The room is good-sized. Bed is comfortable. Location is good. A few street food options and a Japanese restaurant next door. Milk tea with boba stand down the block. Two 7-11 and a grocery store nearby. 10-15 minute walk from Iconsiam. 5-7 minute walk to sky train. Rooftop washer and dryer with clothes hanging racks was super convenient.

For the price, it’s a good value.

Room was spacious clean and acceptable. Location was within 5 min walk from the nearest BTS Thong Buri station. Toilet and bathroom was clean and big enough. Water heater was working fine and water strength strong.

They shud have reading lights on both side of the bed instead of only one side. TV show was all in Thai and shud have English sub titles . They should at least allocate one channel for English Movies. If they can provide iron and a board and also a hair drier it would be great. If they provide a free simple breakfast it would be good.

Value for money, near sky train

This place is a hidden gem I'd like to keep all to myself. LOCATION: A 20 baht motorbike ride away from Icon Siam, the #2 mall in Bangkok. Quiet area free of prostitutes, criminals, drugs, and homeless people. A short walk to the BTS subway station Kong Thon Buri. INTERNET: Strongest in-house wifi I've seen in Asia. ROOMS: Huge rooms with huge fridges you'd see in your own kitchen and big shower areas. VALUE: Amazing value given the location and quality of rooms. I paid 22USD/night for the "standard" room and that was already rock solid. Paid $33 to try a suite with a bathroom, bathtub, and sofa. SERVICE: Staff is friendly, does a great job of cleaning and bringing new bottles of water.

It's a quiet area, so you need to walk a little bit to get to where you want. There's no on-site restaurant or pool, but that doesn't matter. I don't want those costs built into my fees. This isn't a complaint but just be aware that this area is still a 15-minute trip from the "center" of Bangkok with Siam Paragon. It's still carried by Icon Siam.

Location was very good with heaps of 7/11's nearby for snacks. Right next to Krung Thon Buri BTS station (5 min walk) and 10 min walk to the beautiful Icon Siam. Super easy check in/check out and housekeeping made my bed and gave me new towels every day.

Wish there was a microwave in the room though!

The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is great as it is off the main street, but still close to the BTS and walking to IconSiam. There is a lot of local street food to pick from too.

The curtains aren't completely black out, and the room I was in would get very bright at sunrise. I stayed in two different rooms, and I preferred the room that did not have the bathtub.

The staff was very supportive. The hotel Facilitated to keep our luggage before and after the booking duration. It was easy to travel from the hotel to the attractions.

Better if they can improve the appearance of the room.

-We can only access two device to the wifi since we only have two people but we need more because each of us have more than 1 device. And also the wifi quality is poor, it’s better to upgrade it. -very few light in the room so it quite dark
