Good location. The bed is good. The rooms are spacious

The pillows are lousy. They have those big square pillows the are not nice to sleep. The water in the shower goes from barely warm to scalding in the turn of a milimeter. The slipper they give are flimsy. Hotel could do better for what you pay for. There is no bath soap for the bath. The breakfast buffet looks nice but is not great. The egg benedict were not nice. If you want to make fresh juice try to make it nice. In the 5 days we were there, there not one day where the juice was nice. When we booked the hotel months ago, there was supposed to be a free buggy provided by the hotel. When we were there, they said the changed that and we were told that this is only on weekend. It is unclear why you only provide the service on weekend. But we did not appreciate learning that.

Very nice hotel in a great location, next to shopping centers and many eating options. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are big and the hotel is very clean and maintained.

The breakfast was okay, pretty basic in my opinion with limited food selection. Also, at 10:30 sharp (even a few minutes before) they just close all the food stations even when people are still sitting which is an unpleasant feeling..

Room was clean, big and comfortable. Room service and dine in food and breakfast quality were excellent. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice for personal drinks.

Next to hotel was a plethora of watering holes of bars and restaurants. Quite a happening place with the younger crowd until after 1am. However, this meant that all the convenience stores were on the other side of the road and had to detour a bit to reach these stores for snacks and water.

the hotel is located near shopping malls and considering central the staff are all friendly and helpful they go on and beyond to serve you. we stayed at VIE for 3 days than travelled to Phuket for few days and they did not mind storing our luggages until we came back from our trip. we stayed at the suite and it was spacious

breakfast is limited but its ok coffee takes a long time to be served during breakfast especially when its busy

This hotel is well-maintained Minimalistic decor Extremely clean Great city view I stayed at the executive suite, the room is amazing, great size, lots of space, bed is comfortable. Swimming pool & the gym are great Close to a BTS station (Ratchatewi), only 1 stop away from BTS Siam Relatively far from noise & crowded areas Staff are all friendly & polite There are minimarkets (Seven Eleven) & some street vendors opposite the hotel

It takes a while to get eating utensils when I made a request to borrow plates, forks & bread knives, like around 15-20 minutes in the morning.

Location was fine, 15 minutes to Siam Paragon.

The AC in my room could not be adjusted, which made it too cold for me, and I had difficult time sleeping.

The hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. Love the variety of their breakfast. The staffs are nice and welcoming. I happened to try their spa as well and it was very nice and relaxing. Definitely worth the value. The hotel is walking distant to the center of Bangkok with lots of malls in the area. Would love to come back again if I have chance. I am not going to put this in the not like section but I really hope they will have a convenience store on their side (there is a 7-11 across the street but it's hard to get there). Just a small wish, but everything else is great!

Loved everything about the hotel. Fantastic room, great decor, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, and awesome breakfast. Since we had booked an executive suite, we had access to the happy hour from 3-5 and also took full advantage of that offer. The hotel is also very centrally located with multiple shopping centres (MBK, Siam etc) all withing easy walking distance. And if you want to go elsewhere, the BTS station is less than 100 yds.

The access to the pool is through the gym, and a bit odd. Otherwise, no complaints.

Nice staff, short walk to Ratchathewi BTS station, good buffet breakfast, pleasant atmosphere. the restaurant staff were polite and went out of their way to accommodate us.

Rooms require some maintenance, walls probably need a lick of paint, bruised furniture, square rough edged large hole with wiring poking through the dry wall around bed frame probably needs addressing. issues with AC control being unresponsive to input (fixed but recurred 3 days later) or the AC turning off on its own overnight and us waking up sweaty.

I love the cheese platter that is served in the morning breakfast. Its more of a western sided of international buffet breakfast. My parents not very fond of it but fortunately there’s hot soup noodles and porridge for them to eat. The beds and blankets were very comfortable.

Nothing much actually. The staff were fantastic, services were great! Not really a don’t like thing but I hope there’s brigher light at the living room, its rather dark for my liking. But otherwise all is good!
