A beautiful hotel, great location to many places. Surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, bars, street food. The room was really nice, clean, fresh and very comfortable. The pool was scenic, relaxing... Breakfast was very good. We haven't eaten lunch or dinner, as we are vegan and there were no real options on the menu. But there are many nice places around. The bar at the pool is nice and has many options. Staff was really excellent, very helpful, friendly and great service. Highly recommend this place.

No complaints at all, we knew that the road is in front of the hotel and the sky train as well, but the room was very good sound proof.

spacious room, light and temperature controlled. large bed with lots of pillows. Comfortable sitting area with table and a further dressing table. Dressing gown, slippers and toiletries offered as standard. large bath with separate rainfall shower. screens enabled the bathroom to be private or for those wishing to watch tv whilst in the bath could be opened. umbrella, shoe horn and torch all within room for use.

No instructions on how to turn the toilet seat off, unnerving always having a warm seat when sitting down . Large wardrobe but could do with a few more hangers. lack of drawers for folded clothes, pants socks etc. Hairdryer very week on power normally my hair take 5 minutes to dry 20 mins with this one and still wet.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Really what u expect from 5 star hotel, so welcoming attitude. Pool design so pretty, nice place for selfie n relaxation. Very good selection for breakfast, no halal option, but easily diy with wide selection of bread, cheese, salad bar and different type of egg dishes available to order. Great coffee bar section too. Even provided to go paper cup, so can enjoy the coffee in the bath tub in room. Room so spacious with bath tub in the room, but still can close for privacy if require. Nice spacious shower area. Nice heated toiletseat with automatic bidet. Walking distance to bts and pier at canal, we took boat to platinum mall there. Location near so many halal restaurant in walking diatance (500m to 1km). I think can walk to the siam malls too, we didnt try, but looks near enough.

No mini fridge in room, so no place to put delicious thai food take out. Only got alcohol chiller, with full alcohol for purchase in it. Pool not really for swimming with leaves fall into it, doesnt feel that clean, but provide nice shade. Near bts station, but still have to walk a bit. The hotel building not that high, also our room was only on 3rd floor so no nice view from room window.

The hotel was excellent, could not fault either the staff or facilities. The room was well equipped with everything you could want and the mini bar was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of hot and cold food. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we got back but looked inviting and would have been a welcome break from the humidity. Location was perfect for food and shopping with good public transport nearby.

Nothing we didn't like. Although maybe the elephants you can see from the lift need a bit of dusting.

Clean, spacious and comfort room, excellent location. The super king bed so comfortable just the pillow too soft, can’t support my neck, double the pillow but too high, uncomfortable. But I still stay here when I come to Bangkok. This the 3rd time I come back here.

Maybe hotel can consider to change the pillow. The 1st time have welcome drink and check out goodies, but the 2nd and 3rd time only have welcome drink, maybe cut cost. By the way they have gave a voucher to redeem cold drink and fruits once per day during stay, not bad.

Great location and friendly staff. A welcoming oasis in the midst of buzzling city. The swimming pool was great and staff was attentive during stay. Loving every minute of it and will return. Location: A short walk to MBK and National stadium station for shopping trip. On the other hand, walking to Ratchathewi station gives you more local option and interesting sights. Loving the short walk to Jim Thompson’s house and watching river ferry passing by.

I would like to try breakfast next time. The food option was quite pricey.

The location is excellent, with the BTS, shopping malls, convenience stores and restaurants close by. The decor is not boring like most hotels and I found everything very comfortable. The pool area is a beautiful, calm area to relax, day or night.

Last time I stayed here, the entire hotel was filled with the delightful fragrance of lemongrass but this time I didn't like the scent they were using.

I like the interior, location, ambience, service. I came early to drop the baggafe before check in time and the staff said the room is ready and the staff upgrade our room. Thankyou so much hua chang for the hospitality and the management. I will be back to stay at your hotel when I come to thailand next time. Really appreciated!
