I stayed here for a week. This is a great inn. The boss and the hostess are very kind. They greet you with a smile. The room is cleaned every day and drinking water is provided. You can also eat in the restaurant of the inn when it is hot or rainy. The location of the inn is very good. It is very convenient to go out and play just opposite the ancient city. The seven days staying here left me with good memories.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and their services excellent. The quality of rooms (photo attached) are reasonably good for the price. The location is within close vicinity of various places of tourists attractions. Highly recommended! There is a massage parlour opposite the guest house called Wasana Thai Massage (photo attached) that provides an hour of full body massage for the price of THB200. The price was very reasonable for the service provided. Highly recommended as well!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They spoke good English and were helpful. The location is great if you want to visit the market and other city locations in the center without needing a taxi. The AC worked well and there was a wardrobe perfect for my big backpack. Surprisingly comfy.

The bathroom had a few tiny little ants and spider webs. Not a big deal, but that could be improved on.

Hotel well located close to the main city gate. The staff and the owner are kind. It's quite and you can feel like home.

It has a lot of potential. It's just little details that failed. By the comments I thought it offered breakfast, but it did not. The TV was in a table next to the bed, so you won't use it (having and not having is the same). The shower will wet the toilet as they are super close.

The best place I have been so far in Thailandia. The owner is a very kind, friendly and nice person. I was sick and she helped me a lot. I truly recommend the place. Wifi works well, room comfortable with a desk to work if needed it. 2 mins walking from the east gate.

Room was great. Hosts were exceedingly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with travels and bus services. Very kind hearted people who care about the property and work hard to ensure everything is up to standard!

I booked this guesthouse because of the excellent reviews that I read here and was still stunned by the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. One day before checkout I asked about their recommendation for transport to the airport and was offered to be brought there by their private car. No price was mentioned and I didn't ask either then, only after having actually been brought there. It was all for free! I also particularly appreciated the use of the big common fridge just outside my room that I didn't expect.

Everything. Clean and tidy rooms. Great location. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. I stayed here for two months! Will stay again when I’m back in Chiang Mai.

The beds were comfy, the location is great and the owner + staff were very nice!

The shower it took a long time to have warm water to shower.
