Great hotel next to the old city market. Clean rooms, comfy beds. They really went above and beyond to help settle us with kids as comfortable as possible, but without adding too much on extra beds. We took a family room with two kids, and the grandparents hosted the third kid on another bed in their room next to us. Breakfast was good, helpful staff, also had gluten free food for me, since I notified in advance I'll be needing it. Liked the complementary cookies and such in the room. And the kids enjoyed the bathtub :) All in all, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The variety of food at breakfast could be better, including some cheeses. Also, coffee needs improvement. There were some ants in the room, next to the coffee/tee station. We handled it alone, as in most hotels we visited in Thailand. The ceilling night lights in the kids room died after two nights. Switched to some other night light, we didn't complain so they didn't fix.

The position of the bathtub is a little narrow, so you need to be very careful when walking around.

Good location. Very close to Thapae gate. About 10-minute walking distance to night market. Hotel facilities are new and clean. Very quiet room since it's in a alley.

AC is a little bit noisy.

Really sleek and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was always really tasty and the staff were very nice and friendly - keen to help out too! Great location too, not farm from walking distance to some things and you can catch one of the red buses/taxis for 30 baht to places if need be.

Our room for some reason got really cold even when we had the temperature set to almost 30 degrees - might but just an issue with the thermostat and we did find a cockroach in our room the first day but that was the only bug aside from that, everything was amazing.

Staff are really nice, always smiling and trying to help, they try to give good service. Breakfast is good, although it is a small hotel, it is still has different options (so almost everyone will find something good) Location is very good (everything is around) Price is reasonable

I think there are not enough people who work for breakfast, and therefore they attend to disappear because they are busy with cleaning other tables (you need to wait them to order coffee or eggs). Room was not really clean when we got it, bed and floor were not clean. Bathroom has a dangerous, it can easily do a dangerous damage if someone went out from bathroom without noticing it. The good location makes it bad when you are out to another area (or coming back) because the traffic is heavy

We really loved this place. The hotel is lovely, very clean, room was huge and well decorated, with style. Huge bathroom. Had all facilities needed. The breakfast was good as well, maybe not that much choice for europeans, but a lot of choice of chinese food (noodles and fried rice..). But nevertheless all the staple items were available - bread, jam, butter, nutella, peanut butter, cereals, milk, eggs station - a la carte included, bacon, croissants. The swiming pool was rather small, we didnt use it. As well as the gym - also quite small, not many equipment, but there was a treadmill and different dumbells. Coffee was very good at breakfast and also in the bar. And nicely decorated to. Staff was very kind, gave us our room one hour prior check in. There was a kettle in the room with complimentary coffee, tea, bisquits and water and a fridge.

We loved practically everything. If i should point oit what was less than above average - allthougg breakfast had a lot of choice,it could also have a selection of cheese and cold meats and different bread types. It seemed more oriented towards asian guests than european and american.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms that are well thought out design wise. Comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to old town, night markets and Sunday night walking street market. Great spa treatment offer for the sister hotel which is on the next road- I went there twice!

The pool area- would be good if there was something that could be done to keep the pigeons away as that was a bit off putting. Small area but could fit a couple more loungers out there- only 4. Breakfast - would be nice if there were some non-caffeine options (the mint tea still has black tea in it).

excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to Thai pae gate. we stayed over new year and this was the area to be where the street party and fireworks were! Pool may be on the smaller side but was great to dip in and cool off when doing some sunbathing on the deck. Never saw anyone else in the pool area while we were there - was like having our own private pool!

gym was very small and limited equipment - enough to get a small cardio or hiit workout in.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, pillows and the highest quality bedding. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great location near to everything but on a quieter side street. A beautiful and stylish hotel. If I am in Chiang Mai again I would shop around for other hotels, comparing prices, but would consider staying here again.

The Wi-Fi was inconsistent. The fitness center is very small, a few good quality machines and some hand weights. Pool small, it's for cooling off only not for swimming. The bathroom took up so much of the room that the room felt a bit cramped. Open atrium style allows noise to travel.
