Everything is amazing, this is our 2nd stay and we would not stay anywhere else. it’s spotless clean great comfy bed, pillows and linen. the shower is great with shampoo and soap. the towels are fluffy and clean. the Wi-Fi is great but the best thing is the air con it’s cools the rooms in seconds. the laundry was done at a great price and was clean and smelled fresh. thank you.

Everyone was super nice and kind there. The position is perfect, not only close to the main attractions in the old city with walkable distance, but it’s also extremely close to Wat Lok Moli (the favorite temple in Chiang Mai so far) and the north gate where you can take the cheap red taxi to Doi Suthep and the night food market which I highly recommend. Our rooms are clean, simple in a good way, comfy, beds are superb. Mine in particular, which faces the road, was spacious and luminous with big windows. I slept so well even if it was facing the street, couldn’t hear a thing. Breakfast was simple but delicious, fresh and homey.

Only one tiny note: the water pressure and temperature at the shower is not consistent and stable enough. Other than that everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you everyone! :)

The staff were very kind and tried their best to sort out everything ensuring that their gust is having a happy stay not only in the hotel but also on the city.

Everything is good! The cleaning is perfect! The room is quite and smells good . All the supplies are good enough. There’s laundry of this hotel so very easy to stay long time. It’s really convenience ! Place very good. And I very recommend the restaurant at just super near of the left side of this hotel ( local Thai food , super good taste and price). And the staffs are so nice! English very good . Easy to communicate. Recommend lot of good places. We really appreciate ! And there’s a very cute black kitty!

Great location in the NW corner of old Town. Picture of location is no longer current. Many new luxury hotels in the area now. We can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was wonderful, always. Breakfast is delicious and we already miss it. Every morning, something different. Front desk helped us book different trips and arranged for our airport transfers both ways. Room was spacious and looked just like the pictures. We also were able to get laundry done here. Each day bottles of water were provided.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating and their English is excellent. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The free breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods.

The bed was rather hard and the shower only stayed hot for a few seconds then went back warm.

Location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the guest house was very clean. The outstanding feature is the staff, so helpful and friendly and I really liked how they made you feel welcome and treated as an individual. I often don’t have my room cleaned but they kindly left fresh towels and soap etc outside my door which I appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, the breakfast maybe could be improved on if instead of an egg omelette if some cheese, onion etc was an option to be added it would be better.

This is a very clean, bright, small hotel with a more family feel than the big impersonal hotels. Being a single female, I felt very comfortable here and found the staff very cheerful and helpful, particularly Nicky whose English was the best I encountered on my holiday and who very kindly responded to phone calls and emails from my family in England. The hotel does not have a lift but Nicky changed my room from the fourth floor to the second and took my suitcase up for me - I have an aging knee problem. The hotel is well situated in the old town with a good vegan restaurant 5 minutes away.

Amazing! Excellent location in the old town. The room is comfortable. They provide bottle of water and clean towels every day. Breakfast is very good. The service is exceptional!! Upon arrival, they gave us all the tips about the city, where to go, what to visit. When we had to leave early for a tour, they make sure we had breakfast before going. Also, when we needed to leave at 6am to the airport, the lady packed breakfast for us. That was so cute and nice of her 🫶 You can also book airport taxi for 150 baht (200 if it is before 6am).

We felt home the second we walked through the door. We were welcomed warm-heartedly, informed about all the sights and important spots nearby etc. The people working at this hotel are very kind and always willing to help. The room suited our needs just perfect. Size-wise it was exactly what we needed, the bed was fine, there was a small desk, AC, a sofa in front of the bed to sit on. the bathroom was spacious, everything was clean! We were supplied new towels and fresh bottled drinking water each day. The package we booked on booking.com also included a nice breakfast every day. The hotel is located at the outer edge of the old city, so all the temples etc there were within walking distance while at night we could rest well.
