It had a rooftop bar (even though it’s closed) and pool and it was clean. The staff on reception were always so helpful and friendly. Can buy drinks and water in the hostel, was close to a 7/11 too. Free coffee and tea for guests

Something very minor, no lift, meaning we everyday had to walk up and down 12 flights of stairs (6 floors). Our room was near the rooftop and sometimes the lights didn’t turn off until 2am or even 4am. It states on the website it’s a party hostel but during our stay (during songkran) it wasn’t which is not a bad thing for us because our room was below the rooftop bar and pool. Also due to the location we had to rely on getting grabs and bolts everywhere but also think that is just Chiang mai

cool hostel especially for the younger crowd. loud music etc but didn’t really keep us awake late at night. staff are really friendly and always someone on reception. they book trips for you and have a laundry service! free coffee and toast in the mornings. wifi on every floor. place isn’t perfect but for the price it’s great… this isn’t a 5 star hotel so look past the little things and you will enjoy! pool could do with a clean but nice pool and roof top bar… only one on the street!

Pool could do with a clean. sheets and towels were not changed in 3 days. no shower gel etc air con wasn’t strong.

The room was a great price for a private 2 bed room, we were able to hire mopeds from the reception and they were bought straight to the hostel which was great.

The reception wasn't 24 hours so we did have to wait a bit as we arrived on our bus at 6am. It also caused some issues when we lost our key card during the night, totally our fault but it was difficult to fix without a 24 hour reception. There were also lots of mosquitos in the bathroom

good location, niceish roof terrace and pool (water is super cold) hot showers and good wifi, staff were incredibly helpful

we did find bed bugs in one of our beds which I showed to staff. they were shocked and very apologetic and acted quickly to remedy the situation, including washing our belongings and making sure no one else stayed in our old beds whilst they got them treated.

Very friendly hostel, from the staff to the guests. Good facilities and WiFi. Felt very comfortable here. It's a social party hostel but also after midnight it's respectfully quiet (best of both worlds) Would definitely return!

The blinds in the room were a little broken so the light from the hallway got in through the night, had to make a pillow wall to get some sleep.

I got to the hostel at 09:30AM and they let me check-in straight away. Great location. Friendly staff, who go above and beyond. I left something in my hostel when I checked out and when I messaged them, they found it and posted it back to the UK for me. Couldn’t ask for more!

It was really nice that tea and coffee was included and the rooftop pool and bar was nice to have. Had some opportunity to meet people by the pool, but it is not a super sociable hostel. It was good value for money, and the rooms were basic but comfortable, especially for a hostel. It was overall a good stay. The place was also very clean and helped booking tours.

we had a very good stay in this hostel. the staff is really welcoming and friendly. we are happy to have stayed there. The rooms and common areas are really clean, and the breakfast provided was ok. thank you for everything !

The location was really close to the city walls, 7-eleven nearby and the night market. Nice rooftop terrace. we had a private room with a balcony and it was really spacious. Staff on the desk were super friendly and helpful.

Not enough seating at the rooftop terrace. Would be nice to have a fridge in the property.

It's a nice place, clean, comfortable and the staff is nice. The pool and bar are good and it's not far from the center, night food market, shops and all.

There's not much of a vibe, the hallway and stairs are very dark
