We stayed 4 nights at this hotel while exploring Chiang Mai and we really enjoyed it. It is conveniently located, quite enough and very clean. Varied and generous breakfast and full access to fresh water and breakfast leftovers (mainly sweets and fresh fruit) all day long. Shared space are big and sober, not only the small swimming pool but also the lounge and breakfast area. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, truly lovely and discreet. Large bathroom with window, cosy balcony and comfy bed with air conditioning and mini fridge filled with lots of GLASS water bottles. Sustainability is there for ones in Thailand 🙌 A big plus for the laundry service the hotel takes care of for guests, at a super fair price. Recommended big time! Thanks for the great hospitality!

I had such a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, clean the bed was so comfy, good AC and nice hot powerful shower. WiFi worked well and the breakfast was wonderful, so many choices that changed everyday. They also leave out fruit and snacks during the day and you can help yourself to water and coffee / tea. The pool is a nice addition and although it’s a bit cold I still went in as it was such a hot day, it was nice to cool off after being in the hot city. It’s a short walk to the old town, maybe 5mins to the south gate and it’s easy to get a grab everywhere is so close by. I actually stayed twice as I went on a meditation retreat and came back after, the staff were so kind and let me store a bag for those days. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room door let in some noise from the corridor and I was a bit worried it would wake me as I’m a light sleeper but it was actually all ok.

It is a very nice hotel that is located a little back from the road and is therefore nice and quiet. The rooms are large enough and the beds are very comfortable. Every Friday there is a big market in the area directly on the main street. The whole hotel team is super nice, supports every guest with everything you need and you feel welcome. My wife had surprised the team for her birthday with a serenade, a delicious cake and wonderful flowers. It was extraordinary, she was so happy about it. Thank you for the wonderful time with you, we will be back 100%.

Tip: the save should be checked nal. Because it does not always open and close. Otherwise, we did not like what guests had to criticize here. Price performance is absolutely top here with these nice people.

The room is minimalistic. The entire hotel has the industrial/minimalistic design theme. It was very quiet, sometimes it felt like we where alone. Breakfast was amazing, with around 10 different thai dishes every morning. Haven't eaten the same thing twice during our stay. On Sturday the street becomes night market and is more authentic than the one in the city center. The hotel is around 100 meters outside of the old city center. Excellent value for money,

So if you are looking for a price for value, friendly house feel hostel/standard hotel and don't mind the little bit of a walk to the old town this is ideal.

Big room, nice and interesting breakfast, good staff, free tea and coffee, hammock, small pool area, good location for south gate area, off the main road so not noisy. Lots of lovely touches and details. Would return.

Room smelled damp, though none visible. Room decor very austere. Ground floor back room so little natural light. Pool freezing, but that is the case with many in Chiang Mai. A bit of corridor noise. Pool area rarely gets direct sun.

Pros: The location is great. The Saturday market happens right on the main street outside. The staff are wonderful! Very kind and helpful. You can send your laundry to get washed at a very reasonable price. You give the front desk the laundry in the morning and it's ready by that evening. Fresh, good coffee available all day.

The pool was very cold! The beds were too soft.

Amazing hotel. Very classy and environmentally friendly with free water and coffee provided, and soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Very clean, truly amazing. There's an amazing market on the Saturday very close but the hotel is bit hidden on its own giving great amount of privacy and quiet relax. Breakfast is fenomenal, one of the best I've ever had. Varied and vegetarian friendly.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff and incredible breakfast! Yes, you can hear a few noises through the room door, but we had a room at the end of the hallway and were able to sleep undisturbed. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony, but there is a nice smoking area outside. All in all, we highly recommend!

There could be a little more storage in the room.

Wonderful hotel with super helpful and nice staff at the reception. Free water, coffee and cookies appreciated. Quite area, close to the main sightseeing activities. Comfortable room and bathroom. View to the pool. Nice common open spaces with bathroom. They also arranged our laundry for a fair price. They kept our luggage until our flight departure time.

The shower glass should be bigger to avoid getting the rest of the bathroom flooded - but other than that, it was the best shower we got in our whole trip in Thailand! :) We didn't use the swimming because the weather was chilly and it is in any case a very small one in a common area. We only took the breakfast one day: the quality was fine but slightly expensive for Chiang Mai - it could be included in the price of the room.
