If you want to stay in Chiang Mai in a quiet place, out of all noises, with nice clean swimmingpool , kind staff (really kind), super breakfest, free drinking water etc. Just make a reservation here. Aircon didn't make any unpredictable sounds, beds are comfortable, hot water all day. You can prepare espresso all the day, free. Some breakfest fruit available for free too. Breakfest is delicious and they change the menu. Really nice food. To the center 10min walk. Saturday market starts 100m from the hotel.

Clean , friendly staff , delicious breakfast. My family and I absolutely loved our stay at ISilver , the staff were exceptional at ensuring we had a great stay , the complimentary breakfast blew us away with their wide variety and delicious coffee . The girls in the front were more than willing to help us find tours , and great eats around Chiang Mai . 10/10 would recommend.

A little far from the city, but taking a local taxi was easy.

Free water and fruits available anytime in the lobby. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier and it was no problem to story our luggage in the meantime. The location is good. The silver temple is just around the corner. With a short walk you can reach bars and restaurants. A seven-eleven is not far away. The breakfast was really good and varied every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Rooms were good and the breakfast was very good with different dishes daily. We thought that the location was slightly far from the street food but Saturday night market proved us wrong. 7/11 is just round the corner. The poolside area is fantastic to laze around. Free flow of bottled water and tea, coffee with biscuits.

The staff was really nice. The small buffet was more than enough. The rooms were very clean. Free water, coffee and fruits were really a plus! The location was fine, nice and quiet neighbourhood and literally meters away from the Saturday night market.

The rooms were quite noisy. We heard our neighbours and their neighbours all the time (especially people walking from room to room during the night)

Nothing really, you get what you pay for here and I have no complaints. We had coffee every morning and we didn't eat breakfast as we rarely do but the breakfast maybe is on the limited side but with low amount in the hotel you won't go big for things that isn't going to be eaten so that's fair enough.

Location was perfect, all staff were very helpful and always happy to help, free bottles of water was a huge bonus. We were in Thailand for three weeks and stayed in lots of different hotels - this hotel was the best accommodation we stayed in. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool does need a little bit of clean as around the sides it is going green.

Great place within walking distance of the old city and markets. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, the nice swimming pool and the big breakfast that the chef prepares every morning. Staff is very friendly, helpfull and always in a good mood. We loved how the chef always lightened up our morning with a chat, some singing and delicious breakfast. Thank you!

Clean, 10 minutes from the airport, staff were freindly and helpful. Rooms were a nice size so you don't feel cramped.

Shower was extremely hot at time and occasionally the shower wouldn't turn on for a few minutes. Crickets outside (although outside the control of the hotel) made it difficult to sleep Noises can be heard from rooms nearby

Location in a genuine Thai neighborhood close to Old Town, clean rooms and facilities, great breakfast with a big variety, lovely, helpful staff, drinking water, coffee, tea and snacks available all day, refreshing pool.

The hotel is not very well noise isolated, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
