K Maison Lanna team provided exceptional service, from Front Desk: Khun Pailin and night lady (sorry I didn't get her name) to the bell-hops and security guys. Beautifully minimalist designed hotel with a lovely garden is in a quiet and safe area. Easy close walk to great food (Woo cafe serves delish Khao Soi!) and Spa (Rarin Jindha spa!), amongst others. I was pleasantly surprised to have Breakfast well-presented in a lovely wooden picnic box! Egg benny was my favourite. Great espresso too. In-room Air purifier kept my allergies away!

Pillows too soft for me, I would have appreciated firmer pillow option. A vegetarian breakfast option would make a nice additional breakfast option too. Swimming pool located right next to the cafe where guests gather is too noisy for a relaxing swim.

Amazing staff and service. A bit of a remote location (20-30 min walk from old city and across the river) but it just so happened to be the Yi Peng lantern festival during our stay and so we were in the perfect location for it. They even provided us free loy krathong (lanterns to float down the river). The breakfast was nice; you get to choose between a thai or western menu (thai is way better in my opinion).

Lobby is beautiful but the room was not comfortable. It was more stuffy and small, unlike the pictures advertised online. Room amenities were worn and kind of cheap (frayed towels etc). Wifi was spotty.

Location was great, not too far from the main old town, and was in a quiet residential location so you could relax. The rooms were nicely designed, great shower and spatial arrangement. the staff were extremely friendly and kind, always quick to answer queries and give us recommendations!

I think the two main things were the breakfast choices and the general wear and tear of the place. The breakfasts were a little rigid and not as amazing as some of the food we’ve had around Chiang Mai. Maybe having some more diverse options would be great, and having that authentic flavour! I’m sure this will help bring people here. Secondly, the rooms looked great, but they were a little worn down in terms of paint, marks on the wall, tiles cracking etc.

It was a very cute and lovely boutique hotel. I love the design from landscape and interior, to signage. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room we stayed was Lanna duplex. It was relaxing that we enjoyed the lush landscape outside the two-storey high glass when sitting or lying. The breakfast called Lanna set was delicious, healthy, and well presented.

the glass railing in the duplex feels not very safe, although it should be safe. we asked kids not to lean against it.

The hotel has a beautiful and unique design. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The breakfast was good and we loved that we could choose between a local Thai breakfast or a Western breakfast. We arrived early in the morning at the hotel and although the staff wasn’t sure there would be a room available this early, they still did everything they could to give us one.

Because the hotel is build on a limited space, the pool is integrated in the bar/breakfast room, so it is always kind of humid there.

Breakfast was great, staff super helpful. Arranged a pick up at 5.30 to catch our flight f.ex

if I have to call something I would say that it's pretty far from the lively center. It's ok to walk but since it's so hot, you'll rather take a red cab or tuk tuk. We were looking forward to the pool but it's a bit weirdly allocated (in the lobby)

There was no wardrobe. No hanging space.

Very well styled, hidden garden feel in the busy city. Breakfast was tasty, the rooms clean and comfortable with nice peaceful view of garden. Pool was a good temperature.
