The room was a good size and they had a cleaning service everyday (including new towels)

The balcony had not very nice view, party to the parking (not like the one in the advertised picture). The shower floor was not properly inclined, meanwhile showering all the water was running in the middle of the bathroom (where the toilet was) and we would end up with super wet bathroom floor (this was not fun)

Staff very friendly - reception couldn't have been more helpful. Place is clean, pool is nice (they have a shallow kids pool and a separate large pool as well). Sunny balcony on my side of the hotel. A/C functioned fine, large room, hot shower etc. No problems at all.

Location is about 15 - 20 minute walk from night bazaar and bars, which for Chang Mai is fairly far away. Although not a problem for me as I enjoyed being a little away from 'the scene'.

We had a very warm welcome to the Prince hotel. We stayed in their family room which was massive, a king size double with two more regular double beds, two sofas and a balcony - so much space! There was a toaster, microwave and kettle for use too. I got the feeling they have merged 2 hotels, there was furniture stored in most of the corridors, and felt like a hotel slowly getting back on its feet after covid. We were just outside the old city and could easily walk there in less than 10mins. Tour companies happily picked us up at the hotel for excursions. There is no breakfast or restaurant, but there was tea/coffee/water available in reception. There are plentiful places within an easy walk to eat/drink. There is both a small kids pool and a good sized bigger pool. Overall the hotel provided us good location for old town access without the price tag of being within the city walls. We had a lot of space to relax as a family of 4, larger families would find the space ok too, we could easily have fitted another couple of kids in. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was perfect for what we needed

The staff was welcoming and tried to accommodate us the best they could. We had two large rooms connected with a third common room. It was quiet and the service was done regularly. The staff bring free water every day.

The rooms were a bit old. No breakfast. Also, I had food poisoning during my stay due to a smoothie I had in a shop nearby. Beware of what you consume in the neighbourhood.

I can’t begin to explain how amazing the staff is. The young front desk girl did everything she could to help everyone at the hotel, including purchasing us bus tickets with her own payment card and allowing us to pay cash to make things easier. At one point I saw her helping an elderly man across the road. she was amazing. The other lady working gave us a tour of the room and was so nice as well! The best treatment by staff so far in our travels through our travels in SE Asia. The pool area was also FANTASTIC, we enjoyed lounging by the sun filled pool and it was a bonus that there was 2 pools!

3 nights. Great value for the money, it was very clean. It was once no doubt a grand hotel, but it's aged (haven't we all). If it was renovated sure it would cost more. So satisfied as it was. The pool(s) looked great, sadly we just didn't make time to get in them.

Shower height was a bit low for us tall folks, but the shower head could detach /had a hand-held w/hose, so it work just fine for us.

The staff were very friendly. Hotel is in good walking distance to the main square. The bed was comfy and balcony view was nice. Pool was good.

The picture for the en-suite with bath was not accurate. I only booked for that reason but the lovely receptionist did then give me a room with a bath but the shower head didn’t work and it wasn’t the same as pictured. The room set up was a little odd with no door to shut off the bedroom and a fridge randomly in the bedroom.

The rooms were big and it was nice to have a swimming pool. The location was good and the staff were friendly.

We were there for 5 nights and one day after we had our room cleaned, our bed smelt of dog- we did not have a dog with us. Not too sure what had happened while we were out. The top cover on the bed isn’t clean and may not get changed. However, on a whole we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in over a dozen hotels in Chiang Mai now I will just stay here .Bam and the rest of staff are great , especially the housekeepers.The pools are refreshing and super clean .In a great location, quiet neighbourhood with lost of small local restaurants, yet only 5 minutes walk to Chaiyapoom road and plenty of busy to satisfy anyone Outstanding!

Great room with lounge area and kitchen, very comfortable. Large balcony overlooking pool/garden. Room cleaning and water everyday. Huge clean swimming pool, great for laps. Lady on reception always had a smile and ready to help with anything you needed.

Unfortunately the room we were in had a great balcony but you couldn’t sit out there when it rained as it dripped heavily.
