It was very accessible, and the whole place is exquisitely clean. A very cozy place to stay.

The staff was immediately welcoming, the girls at the reception are sweet, kind and ready to help you with useful information. The room was absolutely perfect, clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed, large bathroom with all the essentials. Also the location is perfect, close to everting but far enough for have silent during the night time. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it.

Everting was perfect

This was a no nonsense and comfortable bed for one night prior to going to Mae Kampong. Location was perfect for getting our early bus. Situated close to the River Ping right next to a busy food market in the Chinatown area. The room was big (Thai style take your shoes off before heading upstairs!) with an oversize bed and a no frills functional shower. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and a fantastic source of local knowledge. We were hoping to stay for a further 3 nights but unfortunately it was fully booked. Excellent value for money.

Comfortable small hotel with great staff. Aum and Yo were very kind and helpful. 15 minute walk to main shopping & restaurant areas. Beds very comfortable, large room no. 8. Good laundry service. Good aircon in room. Great place to stay, good value for money.

No shelf in bathroom to put toiletries. Internet very slow.

I liked the Thai traditional interior. everything was clean, the staff were very friendly.

the only thing is noise from outside. car/bike I could barely sleep. I'm a sensitive sleeper so it was the only thing.

The pictures and the reality doesn't really.match You cant really open the window because of the AC and you are bound to sleep with it otherwise it's very hot. The shower is ok , but not really comfortable with the hangers

Aom was an amazing host. Very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, good air con. Decent location close to river.

There is street noise but it's not unmanageable. Noise cancel headphones or earplugs would be good, but I am extremely sensitive to noise and am a poor sleeper myself.

Such a warm, comfortable place. A cool cafe downstairs, and big, clean rooms. Bed not too hard, and shower nice and hot. The staff were wonderful, answering all of my questions ( I had a lot of questions) Free coffee in the morning, and laundry done quickly for a good price

The wifi was quite sporadic and weak, and would drop out quite often. The hotel is on a busy road. My room overlooked the road, and while a little noisy, there was double glazing to keep it to a minimum.

Lovely dark wood used in room; clean throughout; comfortable bed, quality bedding, good shower, spacious room.

The location is neither here nor there. Not overlooking the river and a fair walk from downtown and other popular areas of town. Breakfast options a bit of a walk too

The room had a very comfortable thick mattress. The furnishings are a bit old, but I think it goes with the rustic style of the hotel.

Only down side was there were quite a few mosquitoes in my room. The location is bit out of the way and not many eating places nearby, except in Chinatown.
