Manee Cool Mueang

Manee was a great place for a long stay. Next time I'll upgrade to nicer room by the pool. The staff were always nice and helpful. As a solo female traveler, I loved having a security guard all night! I felt super secure here. Location is perfect with so many things within short walking distance. Finally, having a restaurant on site was so great for smoothies and breakfast.

I liked everything. The beds are the more firm style you see in Asia. For me this was good, but others might not like it.

Good location. Quiet. Close to temples for walking tours. Clean.

OVERCHARGED BY FRONT DESK BY 150% for exit taxi to airport. Paid 250- the real price should ve 100. After 1 week stay and eating hotel restaurante twice a day the front desk was rude, greedy and audacious to overcharge me over double tor the 15 minutes taxi ride to airport. Shameful.

Really clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location is great and within walking distance of everything in the old city, and nearby lots of restaurants and bars. They also give fresh water daily, which is great.

The staff is not very helpful or friendly. I extended my stay due to illness and they didn’t remember and asked me to leave the next day (luckily I had asked for a receipt or else it would have been a disaster). The pool is basic with just a few chairs around (and mostly in the shade).

The location was really good, the staff very friendly and they cleaned the room and provided water every day

The only thing I could say is that sometimes the towels had stains. I know that they'll have washed the towel and it's safe to use but gives a bad impression finding a stain in the towel you use to clean yourself

Love this place. We stayed two weeks in the Deluxe and family rooms. Very comfortable and more quiet away from the road. Great location close to everything. We loved the resident cats there too.

If you stay in a deluxe room make sure it’s not a connecting room- that door between the rooms is very thin and you can hear every tiny movement and sound from whoever is next door which could mean no sleep - I had this issue but thankfully the staff moved us to a different room.

Location, cleanliness, simplicity, staff.

We stayed in 3 different rooms and each had an issue. 3015 air conditioner does not work properly. 1012's water heater is very weak and does not get hot. 2012's mini fridge door is broken and doesn't close very well.

Security man carried my heavy rucksack up stairs. Cleaned room each day. Good location. Free safe deposit behind reception. Stored luggage when we checked out. Had a cafe but only only in the day. Free bottled water each day. Fridge and air con automatically turned off when you left the room. C12 room airy and spacious. Hairdryer at reception to use.

No window in bedroom, bedside lights not working. Fridge and aircon switched off when you left the room. Room felt a bit tired.

I liked the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. Quiet comfortable room Close to a nice small juice cafe, temple, not far from North Gate where there is North Gate Jazz cafe.

One of the owners was not too friendly and ignored me when I was talking. Asked me to check out before 10am to make room for new guest arriving at that time. Check out time is 11am. Another woman on reception was friendly as was the night guard.

The location was good, could walk to most places I liked, or a Bolt Motor taxi ride away, Room was bigger than I expected although I had an Booking.com upgrade to Deluxe. The weather was to cold to use the Pool, but it did look clean, not many tourist's in Chiang Mai, so a very quiet stay. Staff where helpful and room cleaned on request.
