Location was great! Bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in Asia. Price was excellent and the whole place was very clean.

My room had a very small window. I would have liked more natural light. Its also very close to Zoe in Yellow. This is either a pro or con depending on what you want. I could hear the bass from the bars (which closed at midnight when I was visiting). It didn't bother me too much, but flagging for other travelers.

This hotel is excellent value for money! The rooms are spotless, the bathrooms extremely modern, and there is a pool. House keeping every day was great. For breakfast, I highly recommend the cafe next door “Veggie Sist Cafe” for their excellent croissant sandwiches and Thai iced tea! Quiet location in Chiang Mai. We rented a scooter from the hotel for 1 week and it was great!

Love how in the city we were. There was a bunch of coffee shops within about a 2-5min walk. Nightlife and Drinks were only a 5min walk away. You can easily access tons of the old city here. Very accessible and the pool was a great plus here. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the price for what you get here is unmatched. We got a larger room and the ac worked well enough. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone considering the price point and I would consider staying here again if I ever come back for sure.

Everything was great, AC could’ve been a bit colder but was not a deal breaker.

The location.

The air conditioning system was making weird noises, which bothers at sleeping time.

The location was excellent, just next to the town center in the old city, a very nice coffee shop and many good cafe next to the hotel (just at the junction with Ratchapakhina Road). A local market in the opposite side of the cafe and within 10 minutes walking distance to Thapae Gate. Room was clean and staff was helpful, a small pool for fun or have a bottle of beer next to the pool side with some friends but don't laugh too loud since the pool is next to some pool side rooms (my fault to bother the roommate)!

There were some bar in the same array and a night club (ZOE) not far away, they were running with high volume music till late night (after 1 O clock).

We stayed here for 8 nights and we couldn't be more happy with our stay. The staff was really friendly, the rooms was enormous and the cleaning staff was excellent. Unfortunately there were some noisy guests nearby who had parties in their room and in the hallway but it wasn't the hotels fault and the night receptionist was able to silence them down :) The hotel is on excellent location and you can't hear any noise into the room from outside.

The 3rd floor room was light, a good size and clean. The balcony was small but functional and overlooked the pool and I was not bothered by noise from the pool at all. Great quiet location near the North Gate with coffee and breakfast spots and markets close by and very easy walking to most well known/not so known spots. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Communal stairway was clean. The pool was small but the temperature was a relieve in the humidity (though it did back onto the roadside)

The pool side space - it was not appealing that this area was being used as a storage which was very unsightly and a big waste of space. Could have been better used for residents to lounge or eat breakfast in. No breakfast provided in the higher cost (there is 1 welcome drink voucher) The reception was in a separate building so it was self access into the building, As there was no communal space it felt a little sterile in atmosphere.

Everything, so clean, best bed ever soft and comfy, shower and comduments best quility, pool small but perfect for a lazy splash, location is perfect, just use grab app to go any where, book the pool side room so much better

Tv was not working, parking is a issue, Light switches in wrong places

lovely rooms with good a/c. big bed which was formed than I usually like but was actually really comfortable. nice bathroom with toiletries. there was a pool directly outside my room which unfortunately closed for maintenance on the second day but staff took us to their other pool at the residential block next door which was lovely and which we had to ourselves. the hotel is in a great area with an iron chef restaurant across the road, a laundry close by and within 5 min walk to a thriving market/club area which is active each night of the week. would definitely stay again.
