Nice and spacious family room which consisted of 2 adjoining rooms, so two bathrooms and separate rooms for the kids, which was nice. The staff was very nice and friendly helped with information, laundry and anything we needed. Free parking was great. Good value for money. They clean the room everyday. there's a nice balcony. The room does not have enough dinning place for 4 people but you can eat in the lobby, which we did a few times.

Location about 15 minutes walk to center and not too many restaurants near the hotel itself. No elevator (they do help with the luggage if you need). Pool water was too cold to enter. they charged us about $3 for a broken glass which felt a bit petty after we had spent around $1400 on our stay there. Also they charge an extra 3% if you want to pay with credit card.

Oh where do I begin? We had such a lovely stay! The lodge is situated in a perfect location and the staff are all lovely! Our bed was super comfortable and we also loved lounging by the pool area after a long day exploring the beauty of Chiang Mai! The lodge has such a quaint and amazing vibe, it is the perfect place to meet fellow travellers from around the world who all share the same passion for Thailand and most importantly, Chiang Mai! 🇹🇭❤️ I felt very emotional the day we left , but We will forever cherish our stay at My ChiangMai Boutique Lodge and will definitely be back! 😃

The staff at My Chiangmai are amazing, so lovely, friendly and helpful which definitely stood out for us. The room was lovely and spacious, with a closet and dressing table, the bed was super comfy and soft, and the bathroom was good. Cleaning was of a high standard too. We didn’t use the pool much as we were out during the days, but it does lose the sun quite early on in the afternoon. The location is good, about a 10 min walk to the old city and restaurants etc. We booked a day trip through the hotel to the national park and this was really good! I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is small and quiet at night and has a lovely feel about it.

The bathroom could maybe use a bit of a touch up here and there along the edges, but nothing to be too concerned about!

We stayed for 9 nights with our two small kids and it felt like home. We received a free upgrade which was very kind. The room was very comfortable, the bed, bed linnen and towels good quality. Cleaned daily. The lobby was a nice space to relax and get a (free) cup of tea. From the hotel you could walk into the old town in 10-15 minutes. The staff was super nice!! You can see and feel that they really care and do their utmost without being intrusive. The breakfast was very good and extensive (not a buffet but served to the table). A really great stay and totally recommend, great value for money!

The shower is a bit unpractical, you cannot move the shower head so need to hold it in your hand. Airco is very cold, so good to cool off but not to sleep under, but Chiang Mai is not as hot at night so was ok. The pool water is cold which is totally sensible but we barely used it. The immediate vicinity is not great (nb: the sandwiches at the Hideout, 3 min walk, were great for takeaway and eat at the hotel), but a short walk or taxi drive away.

The staff were incredible, helpful and kind, the rooms and bathroom were clean, there is a partition in the shower, the pool was fun to hang in and around though the water was cold. They have a fridge with drinks and a cabin with snacks at reasonable orices, a pool bar where you can order food and drinks, and also a table that offers cookies, crackers, bananas, coffee and other hot beverages free, all day long. They allowed me to order one breakfast set for both me and my son, it was more than enough, very tasty. It was close enough to everything but not necessarily within walking distance, we used songtaew (30 baht per person) or bolt to get around. We stayed in chiang mai for almost two months and this hotel was fully booked for the entire time. It was definitely my favorite.

The wooden furnitures in the room were a little smelly, it took me a while to get used to it. The pool water was very cold and it was facing the north-east. I just made sure we come back earlier so we can enjoy some time in the pool.

the staff were beyond helpful and were so so welcoming and nice. they helped book tours etc and were able to answer any questions we had in great english. pool was cold but it didn’t bother us as it was a nice refresher on a hot day, but cool after the sun goes down. perfect location, only a short walk to chiang mai old town, and quite a few cafes and restaurants near by. room was small and balcony not super impressive but we were more than happy for the price.

shower needs a little refresh and deep clean and the bed and pillows were quite hard but not deal breakers for us we still loved it

This would have been a 10 except the things I mention below… The people who work here are so genuinely caring… shoutout to James the night manager for keeping us informed about the hotel the surrounding areas good tips and things to avoid… also for calling for taxi’s hooking us up with tour deals and making us drinks… The hotel was very clean and comfortable… when asked how I slept the first night I answered that the bed was hard as a rock and within an hour housekeeping came and put a fluffy pad topper on the mattress which made it perfect… just ask!

These things were not a big deal however for some people they might want to know ahead of time… The location is a little bit away from the action of old city walkable in daylight but still a $2 or $3 tuktuk away… however that makes it a little more relaxing once you’re there… There is no elevator… There is no restaurant… there’s breakfast available for pay but I didn’t try it… There is a little outdoor bar that’s by the pool and offers some fruity umbrella drinks but if you want a real drink or a glass of wine this is not the place…

Staff was great and even offered to adjust the firmness of the bed for us if it was too firm or soft. James went above and beyond to help us. The bike rentals were very convenient and the bikes were in excellent condition. The free water and coffee and snacks were a great perk. The room was large and very clean. The location was great, right outside of the old city wall. The paid laundry service was punctual and professional.

We booked this place primarily for the pool and unfortunately could not use it because it was almost always in the shade and the water was freezing cold. Also, the pool was not clean and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the water since the rest of the hotel and the rooms were very clean. The cocktails at the pool bar were very pricy so we didn't end up ordering any.

The staff is amazing, really kind and can give you a lot of advice, especially for different trips - they recommended us what would be the best for us given what we like and what we want to experience. The location is quite good, because it is near the centre. Our room got upgraded for free. It was spacious, tbe beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The AC worked perfectly, the wifi was good. We loved their breakfast - take enough time so you can enjoy it in peace. There was a lot of food for breakfast and fresh coffee. The atmosphere here was really nice and we felt great the whole time there.

The staff was super friendly, professional and helpfull. We left chiang mai for a few days, and when we came back they already checked in our new room and brought our luggage there (that we were allowed to leave in the hotel) The breakfast is amazing and fast. The hotel helps you with excursions, motorbikes, massages, laundry, and more.. If you dont like your pillows they will get you a softer or harder one.

Maybe they could make the small private terrace of the room a little more cozy. But really, with the nice swimming pool, you dont need it! Just an amazing hotel to stay
