we needed uk staying here twice- before and after we visited Pai. we found it really relaxing and comfortable. it’s so close to the old city and other areas of Chiang Mai. It’s nice and peaceful. it was lovely to have a pool to cool down in during the day. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

the rooms were a little dirty- markings on the walls and some dirt in the floor- but it really wasn’t a big deal to us at all

This hotel is a true gem od Chiang Mai! We stayed here for 4 nights, with 2 children. The location is perfect! A few steps from the city centre, the amazing night markets and all the important landmarks, but quiet and chill, with a great swimming pool. The room was wonderful! Big, with two bathrooms, two spacious beds, a cute balcony and a view of the old chedi. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfasts are to die for! We also booked some tours with the hotel and always had a great time! Chedi home is truly a perfect family stay! We would stay here again without a doubt.

We loved everything! No complaints at all!

The best thing about this hotel is the free bottled water. The coffee and breakfast food is great and we had fresh squeezed orange juice upon arrival, also great. The staff are super friendly and communicate clearly. You can book excursions through them, which is a great opportunity as well. The location is wonderful and it's quiet but not far from bustling parts of the city. Would definitely recommend!

The pool is small and there are only two lounge chairs next to it, so they were occupied pretty much every time we wanted to be out there.

Everything about Chedi Home is exceptionnel. The personel, the beds, the breakfasts that are amazing, choices of cooked breakfast, pancakes, omelettes, , smoothies, all served with lots of yummy local fruit. The beds are really comfortable. Well situated , with lots of local resturants, and massage within walking distance of Chedi Home. A BIG hello and many thanks to Nuna, Vee, Lyn, Son ( for our chats in the evenings) Mo, Yen, Aom, and Sai for your kindness, and advice on visits and things to see in Chiang Mai. The staff (Nuna, especially) went out of their way daily, and nightly, to accommodate us in every single way. They all possess the true, loved, and unparalleled Thai Service Heart.

We were aware we were visiting in the rainy season, but, between the pool splashing in the extreme proximity to my 78-year old parent’s room. That with the expected rainy season, the uneven, tile, super slippery floors were a daily issue for my folks to get in and out of their room. All 4 of us, I am a 🧘 girl, slipped. So accessibility is an issue and the upper floor, where our room was, was a bit to manage with baggage.

We had an amazing stay at Chedi Home. The staff are kind and welcoming, and helped us organise all of our tours at a discounted rate. Son the receptionist was a star! The room was clean and the pool was wonderful - it was never too busy so always space for lounging and swimming. The breakfast is a must, so many options and large portions that tasted fantastic - French toast, full breakfasts, omelettes, pancakes, Thai options, all served with lots of fruit. Location also great, you can walk right into the main square of Chiang Mai and it is surrounded by some wonderful restaurants, bars, massage places, and even a club down the road. Would definitely recommend!

We had some minor issues with the wifi in our room, but reception tried to sort it out for us.

Great location, super friendly staff, nice and clean room, good breakfast, lovely cats available for stroking purposes and stress removal, small things like water bottles make a big difference.

No lifts. This wasn't a problem for us but wanted to highlight this for older travellers. If you end up on 3rd floor can be an issue. Parking is available but can be an issue as the alley is squeezed so if there are several guests with a car best to ask first. Again not really an issue or we didn't like this, just stating for other travellers

It was a beautifully furnished room with towels changed daily, toiletries, hangers, table and complimentary water. WiFi is good for remote work. There is also air-conditioned common space but the WiFi didn’t work there very well and there was a strong smell of chlorine from the pool. The hotel is located quite centrally although outside of the moat for those who want to be right by the temples. I really appreciated that they have shower available by the pool so it was possible to refresh before my evening flight after I checked out in the morning

Bathroom door in my room wasn’t closing and given the permanently open small window there, hot air was getting into the room from the bathroom. Also, there is a pool but the water didn’t look very clean so I wouldn’t use it and the gym are only two old machines so I wouldn’t rely on them to work out

Chedi Home was a perfect place to stay when visiting CM. Quiet at night, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water when showering. Small pool but large enough to cool off. All the staff spoke enough English and were always respectful and helpful. They will book all the tours at a good price.. Breakfast was great. I had the fruit plate with musli, French Toast with fruit, pancake. All were excellent. Good location, just outside Old Town. Easy 10 minute walk to Thai Pay Gate and Sunday Night Market.I highly recommend staying at Chedi Home when you visit CM.

The only thing not up to par is the Fitness Room. Too small and not enough equipment.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, all the dishes we tried, we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is in a great location with a couple bars down the road and tons of places to eat. Hotel rooms are big, clean and comfortable.

The only thing that we found an issue was the lock on our hotel room door. We found it quite confusing to lock them and sometimes just left the room unlocked. Regardless, the hotel is in a very safe location and we never felt unsafe whether our door was locked or unlocked.
