Very beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, very large bedroom in colonial style.

The hotel is located outside the old city and the way to it is not attractive. You need to take a (local red) taxi each time you want to go back to the hotel or city (seen the temperature that can be necessary to refresh). Something to take into consideration.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly, helpful and hilarious! The suite was beautiful (as was the whole hotel) very clean, comfortable with one of the best showers for hot water and pressure we have experienced. The gorgeous old mercedes they use for dropping you off to local locations was a sheer delight and the drivers were very professional. The pool was very nice as was the bar area in the library. We also enjoyed a massage at their boutique spa and highly recommend that to anyone who would like to be spoilt.

This is a very comfortable hotel, in a great location near the river and even though its in a city very quiet. The staff are fantastic and the room, was large, and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

There is one thing to remember with this hotel and that it is a small boutique hotel, which means its very quiet and you get a great personalised service. It also means there are slightly less facilities than a large hotel and it gets very quiet after 7pm, I was slightly surprised to find I could not even get a cup of coffee from the bar (the only thing open) after 7pm. Not an issue once you know there are places locally to go, just worth noting. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I Stayed in this boutique hotel for four nights . Happy with everything.It is not right in the centre, but I like the environment here quiet and clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive . Always willing to help Bed and pillows are very comfortable . Breakfast is really good . Everything is so fresh. I love the yogurt . A few options of Western or Thai hot food and eggs you can order. Recommend the hotel massage , I had very good experience with Lanna oil relaxing package. It is better than any other places I had tried before.

Nothing really. If to be picky, the walls in the shower are a bit rundown which is acceptable for a old building like this.

We loved the breakfast, not a huge choice but beautifully served and excellent quality. The staff are very friendly and professional. Loved the doormen, the were so happy to take you in the vintage car into the centre and advised where to visit and eat.

The higher cost of drinks meant the bar was only used at happy hour and it was such a beautiful room not being used. Also the spa was very pricey, gorgeous but way overpriced

Service is great. Front desk ladies are very sweet. on the checkout day we have to move to another hotel nearby but with carriers, the lady at front helped us with their vehicle. Breakfast is excellent. You gotta try their northern Thai set in which sausages are tender and great. Facilities in room are in good condition, quite clean. Water pressure is good to provide a hot and quick shower. This hotel locates in a relatively quite place in town. Almost no noise.

Swimming pool is deep. For those with kids, you should be cautious. Walking to old city may take more than 30 minutes. Use tuktuk or taxi or bus is better.

I like the style of this hotel which is truly the colony style, especially the nice building.

Breakfast needs to be improved. It is exactly same everyday. You will feel disappointed if you stay longer than 2 days. Unfortunately I stayed 7 nights for my trip.

A beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms which were spotlessly clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. A really nice large pool - a bit cold but still lovely. Very pleasant areas to sit outside. A short walk to the old town but we were always offered a lift either in the hotel’s vintage Mercedes or car.

Had an evening meal which was disappointing and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Super kind and friendly staff. The rooms (207, 307) were big great and well serviced. Both beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and just enough large. The Spa was very nice and clean. The staff there was experienced and very attentionate. Internet was stable and fast enough.

There are too many Internet hubs around this hotel. Keep it simple please. The breakfast was a bit low in choice (especially the buffet) but I understand it is a small hotel (about 20 rooms) so I won't blame too much on that. Some of the electricity plugs by the bed did not work. Something to get fixed (room 307).
