The service and staff were impeccable. The grounds, quiet ambiance, and secluded corner of the city were priceless. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. The small details really added up: Beautiful upkeep of the grounds, rooms, and spaces. The entire place smells of soft jasmine, even the towels. Nightly turn downs with little treasures to enjoy. The pool has shade, sun, and not overly chlorinated. Bikes, unbreallas, tours. They have it all. It is a wonderful peacful escape for adults to enjoy quiet comfort. We will be visiting again without a doubt.

The bed was really really hard. But prefer that over too soft. The spa was hugely overpriced compared to the local stops with terrific prices, options, and services just a few blocks away. We supported local, but I am sure the ambiance and staff are terrific, just not at 4x the price.

We absolutely loved Na Nirand! Our room was huge and tastefully decorated, turn-down service had a little surprise each evening, and the beds were extremely comfy. They also thoughtfully gave us a birthday cake for my husband and a bottle of nice wine. The pool was a delight: so beautifully designed. The breakfast area was stunning next to the river. We got up early one day for a tour and saw the sun rise. Magical. The spa is also great. I got a foot massage one day and a package another (steam, bath, scrub, massage). All were exceptional. And most importantly, the staff are fantastic. Every one of them, from the front desk to the bar to the spa to the cleaners to the restaurant people were helpful, kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you! Altogether, our stay at Na Nirand was unforgettable! We hope to return.

Everything was fantastic, but if I had to suggest one thing it would be to have more hot vegan options at the buffet and more vegan options at breakfast altogether.

Fabulous little place with wonderful staff thay make you feel loved and cared for. Balcony with river view waa best choice as is so spacious! A wonderful experience. Cleaning team is wonderful and guest services too evening flower or a treat on our bed every night.Brrakfast is a ray of sunshine with wonderful chef making pancakes and all sorts qirh staff so attentive. Food menu was delicious, dinnees were so beautiful and so tasty all by the river!!! Location couldn't ask for more, tucked away you really feel the resort element with fresh air but access to town and to the river. Brilliant stay. thank you everyone. PS: get a 90 min full body massage as you won't regret it those girls are brilliant! and do ask your pool and dinner bartender for your favourite drink as they are brilliant made us martinis and negronis.

The property is bigger enough to spend own time inside not need to go out, there have spa, restaurant and swimming pool, but the spa is not really good, maybe just the person I had. The front desk people are all very friendly, especially I had a staffs name Geo (Leo) he was very helpful to get me all the information I would to know.

The floor maybe need to clean more, because of wood material is hard to take care and clean up, so some parts of my room floor when my feet step into feel like sticky.

beautiful and very relaxing hotel set back from the busiest part of Chiang Mai on the river. Small and quiet with a lovely pool running along middle of property. breakfast was very good with lots of options with a bespoke egg station - making fresh eggs, pancakes and omelettes. rooms are a good size with wet room and bath tub. hotel went above and beyond for anniversary with home made cake to celebrate. excellent place to stay in Chiang Mai - within easy walking distance of Old Town.

Excellent breakfast options, great location near night bazaars. Amazingly comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Hugely helpful & friendly staff. Hotel also had bicycles we could take to tour the temples in the old city. The staff also went out of their way for our honeymoon to make it special with treats in our room during our stay and decorations!

Air con was leaking a little bit but didn’t bother us. Probably because we used it too much!

Beautiful location on the river with an idyllic restaurant setting. staff and service excellent. Food quality and variety superb.

Had some issues with our room. First one was next to an area being refurbished so there was a paint odour. We were offered an upgraded room which had a buzzing noise due to aircon or some other system which took them a couple of nights to sort out. To be fair they dealt with the situation well but should not really arise.

The staff was very friendly. The tree! The different unique gifts each day on our bed. The discounted spa upon arrival. Free bicycle use. The breakfast was amazing too. Thank you.

Everything was great. The reason it didn’t score a 10, is because they used bleach on a dress that they shouldn’t have, which resulted in a ruined dress that was brand new and only worn one time. I would advise not to have your laundry done there.

So so so beautiful! Was a wonderful mix of Colonial-Lanna design, felt like we were transported in time. The pool and restaurant were wonderful, never crowded. A lovely boutique hotel and the location cannot be beat!

The bed was not very comfortable. There is a rooster next door and it will definitely wake you up every morning. The hotel is very green, surrounded by greenery so there are birds and noises that are to be expected. Not a complaint but worth nothing!

Everything was perfect. We loved: - the small size, the layout and quietness of the hotel which gave a cosy and homey vibe - the staff: all of them were super friendly, attentive, kind and giving good advices, we've been amazed by the level of service and this is probably their best asset ! - the breakfast: super delicious and varied with many homemade options, the setting by the river - the room: spacious, quiet, good amenities and small attentions everyday (fresh fruits, cookies etc) during bed service - the possibility to rent scooter bikes via the front office hassle free

The only thing which was bizarre are the fake leaves and branches they put on the massive tree in the courtyard. It seems like the tree has died or is ill ... and the only solution they found is to cover it up with plastic.
