Our stay was really nice. What I would absolutely highlight are the amazing breakfasts with a wide selection. However, the main gem of this hotel is the staff. They are all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They truly made our stay enjoyable.

What could be improved is the fitness area. The path to the fitness facility and the hotel surroundings have great potential for improvement. We also felt that the water in the pool was not entirely clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpfull. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and, on my arrival, the receptionist told me all about what was happening in town. I’m vegan, and the chef took care of me cooking delicious vegan meals for me every breakfast. I also saw the GM often taking time to greet guests personally and talk to them. All in all, the service was excellent. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and specious. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town, and nearby there is a shopping mall and the popular Nimman district with many coffee shops and bars.

Room: The room is absolutely big enough for solo traveler. Nice sofa next to the window with city view, full body mirror, working table and luggage racket are available. Shower water is hot enough but pressure is not satisfying. They don’t provide housekeeping service daily. Location: Opposite of Maya shopping mall and nearby ninman as well. If you love walking, also can walk to old city of Chiang Mai as well. Facilities: Simple gym and swimming pool are available and there is one restaurant available on the ground floor. Parking is available as well.

This hotel was outstanding in every way. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and polite, helping us with everything. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every day. Free drinking water and the pool and gym were added bonuses. We didn’t want to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Chiang Mai.

Amazing experience. The staff is really nice and helpful. They serve great breakfast. I really liked the swimming pool and the gym.

Everything was great, but if I go to those small details that are not that important I would say one of the ladders in the swing pool is a bit too short and some of the tiles near the swimming pool might be slippery when wet. But still worth a solid 10.

The bed was super comfortable, everything seemed and smelled very clean. The breakfast was also good. The location was great for us, 5 minutes walking to the Maya mall and 7 minutes walking to the temporary local market.

Pool & fitness center closes early and have a strange access to them.

Absolutely the best money for value hotel in Chiangmai ! We really wonder how can the hotel keep the price so low whilst providing free and delicious breakfast! Every staff is so nice and the room is very comfortable ,

We loved our stay at Prime Square hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations and is great value for money. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast included is wonderful. It is in a great location, a short walk to the Nimman area which has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. We booked 2 nights initially and have stayed 4, perhaps will stay even longer!

Bed and armchair are very comfortable, and breakfast had a good selection. Staff are always welcoming and willing to help.

The shower would never stay one temperature, and the fitness centre leaves a lot to be desired.
