Very nice place run by small family. The owner bakes her own cookies for the guest to take for breakfast, with coffee and an orange. The room is spacious, really clean and shower is of good heat. I had a scooter that made everything easy to reach. There is a small market called 'white market' that is worth a visit.

I had the room next to the parking lot of the big hotel. And there lights shine through the window (curtains are not totally blending), so it was never really dark at night. The head of te shower was not high enough and came down slowly, so I had to hold it while showering. I would like the beds to be softer. Some musquito grids on the windows did not close properly. So in the beginning there where a lot inside. If this improves, its a ten:)

The room was quaint and all was clean. Staff was helpful despite a but of a language barrier. Located in a quiet side street. Nice outside gallery with chairs and low tables in front of the rooms (bring mosquito repellent).

A lot of mosquitoes already in the room when we got there. There are screens on the windows, though, so at least no new ones could get in once the door was closed. I booked a "standard twin or double room" that I could customize by indicating a double bed. After booking and paying, my "request" for a double bed was declined because of unavailability. I totally understand if there are none available but if that is a possible occurrence they should sell them as two different room types in the Booking app. Fortunately, we could switch to a double room for our 2nd and 3rd nights.

- great location in the centre of nimman, two mins away from shopping centres - hosts offer daily snacks along with tea and coffee - they upgraded my room which ended up being huge :)

- no lift available so you’ll have to take the stairs but that’s ok :) - my room was never cleaned properly in the week I was there but fresh towels and water delivered daily

Well decorated rooms and a pretty property, in a location that's very central to the Nimman area. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful.

Beds leave a little to be desired (my mattress gave weirdly when I sat down on one side, as if a spring were broken). They have a bit of an issue with mosquitoes.

Location, 2 minute walk to Maya and shops, bars, resturants in area. No need for taxis. Large room, coffee tea biscuits downstairs. Right next door to Redbox michelin star restaurant.

They advertise double beds, but very limited, and you will be given a twin room bed. But OK, room is good still.

The location is within walking distance to the One Nimman Night market. And in the small alley which is very quiet.

The location is also close to the airport, it's quite noisy anytime the planes take off and land.

No breakfast, but Nibbles and coffee on tap.

It's a very nice place, quiet and cozy. The personnel was very friendly.

It was not enough sun light in the room, because of small window in the corner of the room.

Great quality / price combination. The room was big and it was clean. Great location!

English can be a problem with the staff

This place was a real find! Great location, price, and friendly staff. Home made baked goods for breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again.
