Quu hotel is pretty new. The first impression is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They speak perfect english. Communication is not an issue. The hotel breakfast has plenty of set meals to choose from. Boiled rice is my favorite breakfast :D. The set comes with coffee/tea, seasonal fruits, juice and water and occasional cakes. The room is spacious. Hot water flask and ironing facilities are available upon request. Bed and pillow is comfy. We had such good rest. The overall cleanliness is spectacular. I have to say the added touch of artistic decorations made it a pleasing stay. Location of the hotel is located just outside the old city. Convenient for pick ups for tours and such. Great food and coffee and 7-11 just round the corner. Approx 5mins walk.

The coffee could have been better. Who wouldnt like to start the day with a cup of aroma coffee. The instant coffee together with the breakfast set is upsetting. We even tried the espresso coffee that they do serve but the taste is still not up to standard. However the overall breakfast will still be a 10. Just don't order the instant coffee. I do hope the hotel will change that away. Even instant does have awesome ones.

Very nice rooms, super clean, plus the hotel is almost in center of the city. We got the room facing the back yard so we could hear just birds but I'm afraid if you got the one facings the busy street could be a annoying.

The breakfast, although nicely prepared was very limited. They offer a continental and two asian options. The continental is basically just 1 small croissant, 2 pieces of bread, butter, jam and some fruit + coffee or tea. They could offer a bit more variety or at least change every few days.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Very nice and stylish hotel. Loved the minimalism. Overall nice and clean rooms. I think we had one of the smallest rooms but it was still spacious. The WiFi in the cafe was fast and reliable, great for Zoom meetings. Unlimited coffee at the breakfast.

Loved the coffee, but the breakfast became a little boring after a couple of days. I’d loved a boiled or scrambled egg.

Very contemporary with great art/styling. Staff could not be more helpful. Koy went above and beyond to book train tickets for us. Breakfasts exceptional.

Might have been nice to have a chair in the room, kettle, tea/coffee etc. in the room (kettle provided when requested). Hard to find... even with written instructions uber driver took us to the zoo by mistake!

Breakfast options can be increased further. Only 3 options available. But the breakfast taste good. No complains.

Room for 2 (King Bed) with minimum space. No chair or coffee table available. Storage space limited. However, room was clean and tidy and shower is good.

The hotel is pretty new, all facilities are in great condition, the shower is fantastic. The breakfast is simple but nice. Location is good but not right in the heart of buisness. All in all we had a great time in this hotel.

The staff and receptionists have a poor english which makes things pretty difficult

The breakfast was wonderful, there were 3 different kinds of choices, all very delicious and the cappuccinos very good too. The hotel is very new, there is a green oasis where people can sit, relax while being surrounded by beautiful plants. There is art on the walls. The staff were absolutely Fantastic, attentive kind, helpful the rooms are super comfortable and clean
