This property was better than I could have ever imagined for the price. The place was super cute from top to bottom. The decoration was incredible. Incredible woodwork and attention to detail. Our room had a separate tub and shower and was a good size. Everything was very clean and you could tell that the owner really cared for the property. It was our first time to Chang Mai and I don't think we could have done any better in finding a place to stay. The location along the canal was great and it was close to a good size outdoor food market that was tasty. If we ever go back I would definitely stay here.

Wonderful place in Chiang Mai Old Town. Despite being located on a busy road, the bedroom was quiet. Very well mantained swimming pool. All the staff has been super available to meet our requirements. Definitely recommended

Great location in the old town of Chiang Mai in walking distance to temples, bars, restaurants etc. The room and building is beautiful and decorated in an authentic tasteful way. It is very quiet and peaceful despite being in a busy area. We had air con, fridge, nice toiletries, pool view everything needed for our stay. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and helped us to extend our stay. The pool area is small but nice to relax at.

The room was compact and a little small but we still enjoyed the stay.

The whole property is beautiful. The traditional Thai design ensures the property has lots of character, from the artworks in the common areas to the sink and tiles in the bathroom. The pool area was a great spot to come home to and cool down after a day out exploring in the heat. The location is really central in the old town, and yet our room was really quiet. So many cute little lane ways to explore in this neighbourhood. The staff are really helpful and kind. The coffee at the cafe downstairs is excellent!

The room is really big and the bed comfortable which is a rare find in this part of the world. It has a small pool which is perfect for a cool down and again a rare in the old quarter so a massive bonus! The location couldn’t be any better, walking distance to market, bars, restaurants and other sights. The shower is hot with good pressure.

No breakfast at the hotel, this isn’t a big problem because there are plenty of places nearby to have breakfast but it is unusual not to have the option. No lift. We were on the 4th floor which was lovely and quiet, but not having a lift could be hard for some people. We were fine with the walk up the stairs but for anyone with difficulty walking it may be an idea to request a lower room.

Gorgeous room with traditional timber furnishings. Really good size. Swimming pool was small but beautifully kept like all of the property. Easy walking distance to lots of cafes and night market. Don’t miss “Blue Diamond” cafe for breakfast or lunch. More expensive than some cafes but a tranquil oasis in the midst of chaos. Coffee and croissants are good at the cafe the guesthouse.

Stairs are a little steep but staff are very helpful with luggage.

This is an attractive, comfortable small hotel on the outer edge of the old city with the canal across the road. Decor is original and pleasant. It's the 2nd time we've stayed here and we went for the deluxe room which are generous in size and good value at 5,000bht for 5 nights

Lack of warm water to shower, especially in the mornings - having a cool shower when coming back to the room later in the day can be refreshing but not for me when I just wake up. I was not happy about that - I suspect they were saving on electricity. Also, there is no lift in this building and the stairs are a little steep - best rooms are on the 1st floor and higher. Breakfast was no longer offered when we were there - probably because there weren't many guests - but the previous time the breakfast was wonderful. Note, the pool is quite small and misses out on sunshine much of the day so the water can be just a little cooler than I prefer - but refreshing and bearable after 5 minutes or so

What a lovely little hotel! Hotel felt very authentic Thailand with all the teak wood and interior design. Great location within the old town, despite being located on a busy road, no noise within hotel room. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.

No breakfast options, although there is a little coffee shop just outside the front of the hotel. Pool area was small which limits how many people can use it but although that is a negative the pool was lovely!
