We originally only booked 1 night in the hotel to see how it was and ended up extending our stay an additional 4 nights. The room was very clean and so was the pool - an amazing addition seeing as a lot of the hotels/hostels we looked at didn’t have pools. The staff were very accommodating and even did our laundry for us at a small price. lovely quiet location but in walking distance of most tourist areas if you are prepared for 30 min walks , alternatively you can rent transport or use grab/bolt. We would definitely stay again if we went back to Chiang Mai.

Its slightly on the outskirts so we found when booking excursions we were outside of the pick up zone, and there were a lot of mosquitos in reception - just make sure you have big spray, we didn’t find this an issue in our room though.

Price quality it was a very good deal. A bit outside the center, but I don’t mind walking a bit and if needed taxis are cheap anyway. The nights were very quiet, not a sound. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean room too. Nice clean pool.

The very large room was furnished to a minimum, a bit of decoration would dress it up and make more cosy. Also, the bedroom and bathroom had no window (the entrance of the room was like a separate not airconditioned part -I think built later - with large windows but a full wooden door separate that from the actual bedroom. So good if you’re out all the time, but if you like to spend some downtime in your room… not ideal.

Breakfast was huge. I asked for a smaller breakfast for the next day. If you want to fuel up it was good value for money.The pool was excellent. That's what I booked the hotel for and it didn't disappoint.

It was a bit weird that the bedroom didn't have a window, but there is a small room outside the bedroom that you can sit in. It also meant the room was silent. You could easily sleep in! It was a bit far away from the old city but if you use Grab or other taxi service it's fine.

Ideal stay, clean and cosy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bath tub is great as the water gets hot. The pool was clean and a nice place to chill. Great service from the staff too, they are very welcoming.

We had a comfortable stay here. The bed is amazing and the bath is great.

There is not much to see around.

Very beautiful room with a mountain and a pool view. Clean, luxurious room and a hotel. I loved also the salty cooling pool which was cleaned every evening. There are not so many places to eat near-by so it's better to eat in the centre or order food. Nice staff told me that it is easy to visit different places with cheap taxis from Grap-app so I used it for 5 days that I was here and it was very pleasent way to go to the temples. One time I also walked to the center and it was kind of interesting journey. It would be recommendable if you want to see more are of the locals and not just a center, but watch out while crossing the highway, it is very dangerous and hotel staff warned me about it.

Fantastic service! Absolutely adore people working in this hotel. Got a lot of help with my travel plans and will surely stay again next time in Chiang Mai!

It's very difficult to find anything not to like about this hotel. The only small negative thing I can think about was that the double bed was made out of two separate beds and if you use it as a normal bed (and sleep in the middle), it can bring a bit of discomfort. Not a big deal anyways and I do understand why many hotels build their doubles from 2 single beds.

I went to cafe for breakfast. I dont need hotel breakfast. My room was very comfortable and super clean. Laundry was not a problem. The swimming pool is clean and attractive. Big C is near. Cafe Lapin is 25 metres away and provides healthy clean Italian type food. A gem. Cheap street food on offer just a few metres away.

Chiang Mai now has a serious transportation problem. The arrival of GRAB (a type of uber) has seen the demise of tuk tuks and metre taxis.

the deluxe rooms have lounge area which is nice , the pool area is very good for this size of hotel. staff are friendly and helpful though English is not their first language.

the shower on bath did not have the shower partition/ curtain which makes water spilled over the bathroom, sometimes flooded. it could have been better if the charger sockets are close to the bed area.

lovely big rooms, all very tidy and clean. very friendly staff who were extremely helpful when I may have misplaced a key card 😬. Just be aware it’s about a km from the old town

No breakfast offering - same for many hotels right now as they’re opening back up after Covid it seems
