Very big room, apartment-like. with a full kitchen and even a closet room. We had a balcony with view over the city and during our stay we went to the pool regularly. The breakfast is very inviting and rich with fresh fruits and especially made eggs.

The hotel is quite far from the main city and one must go in a taxi for at least 10 minutes. We had communication problems with the reception, you would expect the hotel staff to speak basic English.

Very clean. Great staff. Breakfast was you standard Thai hotel breakfast, was good. Nice pool. Mostly quiet location. In the suburbs with thai people. Felt safe.

The only thing i can really pick is that the exterior of the building needs a makeover. There are superficial cracks on the balcony and if you look down the side of the building you see concrete panels that look a bit loose. I don't think they are but it's not a good look.

Had a 2 bed apartment. Was great for me and my son and his partner. separate bathrooms. Spacious and comfortable. Kitchen good. Staff fantastic. Quiet. Good breakfast. Very nice pool. 150 baht for car to town

No Bar at pool. Was out of town a bit, but you were in the Thai suburbs which had it's advantages. Cheap very good Thai food around the area.

The room was a great size, gym was good, pool is beautiful (even though we never used it) and the breakfast is really good. We really enjoyed our stay and could of stayed much longer.

More kitchen utensils would be handy but they were happy to provide what we needed. A stove would be good for the studio apartments too.

Super impressed with this hotel which definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff are great and very helpful. The room was a good size, very comfortable, clean and homely. The pool area is really nice and although I didn't use the gym, I could see that it was reasonable in terms of size and equipment. Really enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai

Nothing that I didn't like particularly. The breakfast options are a little bit limited but it was still nice. Perhaps a little more shade around the pool area would be nice. The location is a little out of the centre which absolutely was not a problem for me but if you like to stay right in the centre of everything then this might be a consideration. It's not that far out though and I actually walked to the centre on a couple of occasions and it only took around 20-25 mins, transport is cheap as well

The hotel is not new, but well maintained. The apartment was a good size and the small balcony was a nice extra. Daily servicing of the room was a real bonus. The included breakfast was outstanding, which we find a rare thing. The small pool and gym were another bonus. Staff were always friendly and knew their business.

The hotel is mainly apartments, but the kitchen was only fitted out with 1 bowl, 2 plates, 2 spoons and folks, and 2 small glasses and we did ask before hand if the kitchen could be provided with ample utensils for a 3 week stay. Luckily local shops abound with these things and they are cheap. The bathroom is dated.

They arranged vegetarian breakfast in the morning even though that wasn't part of the buffet. Staff was friendly. Comfortable stay

Location is a little far from the city. If you have a bike / far then it's 10 mins drive to anywhere but if you are walking then it could be 30-50 mins to hotspots

The room was big with a balcony, location is ok even though a bit out of town so you will need to walk a bit to reach the streets with the red taxis.

The breakfast is a combination of a few things so not meant for a long stay. The staff doesn't speak English. They said they offer airport pickup and drop off but really they just order you a Grab taxi that you over pay, if you are not in a hurry better just find your own ride, would be half cheaper. Its also strange that they organised Grab since we saw they have a Hotel minivan with their logo which we assumed would be used for airport drop...

the main desk ladies were very helpful. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator, and was nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, we could get our choice of egg each day in addition to the other food provided. the hotel was very neat and orderly and overall this was a great stay. we do recommend!

here are some opportunities to improve: the wifi kept cutting out and we had to keep logging back on, - for some reason, housekeeping would only leave little rolls of toilet paper, never a full roll. we thought that was weird. Bath towels we also kept asking for 2 towels, we would get them no problem after asking. as far as the location of this hotel, is away from the center town and a little difficult to get to- Grab cabs would go to the “other side of the wall”- (you’ll see when you get here!) but the staff was able to explain they needed to come around from the 7-11 side. after all these comments: we would stay here again . this was a great little hotel! with a pool! (no bar though).

Staff were polite and patient with all the rude tourists. Apartment was large and attractive. Bed was comfortable and offered two types of pillows. Pool was nice. Decent sound insulation- neighbors across the hall were talking loudly, but once my door was shut and I was in bed, I could hardly hear them.

Water pressure in the shower was really low. No vegetarian options for breakfast unless you really like eggs (all breakfast options were egg-based things). Apartment supposedly included a "kitchen", but that kitchen only had a sink and a microwave. Location on Google Maps/GPS must be slightly off, because 3 different Grab drivers were unable to find the place, parking about 30 meters away on a different street separated by a concrete wall, meaning I had to walk out to the main street and then around three blocks to get to where they were parked.
